Not worth the money, sadly. I love the idea — the workstation sink makes prep and washing quicker every day — but the build has let me down. Knobs and the little control panel have chipped and tarnished after a year of normal use. They sent replacement knobs, which would be fine except they don’t fit properly, so I had to fiddle and kind of leave them. The LED temperature gauge stopped working just over a year in. I emailed for advice and then got nothing back. Warranty? Felt pointless. I use this sink for prepping meals, rinsing kids' mess, and the odd baking session, so it gets daily use. Design is clever and it helps a lot. But materials and aftercare don’t match the price. It's disappointing given the price. I’d buy differently next time.
Half a win, half a faff
received the wrong buttons twice, the mounting bits were longer so nothing sat properly, and somehow the set came in four different shades instead of matching. I did get a reply from support at first and that gave hope, but after the second wrong lot they went quiet. So I’m left with unusable bits and extra faff, though the idea and speed were promising. If they tightened up quality checks and kept replying, this could be a handy little fix for the kitchen.
Nice item, awful support
First glance it seemed fine — the little side table actually looked nicer than the photos. I ordered it from Australia and used it for morning coffee and laptop work. The surface is solid, the veneer has a nice grain and the drawer slides smoothly, a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately it was a touch too wide for the corner I had in mind, so I decided to return it within two weeks. Support replied after a few days and suggested a 50% refund. I said I'd rather return it and asked for a return address. After that they went quiet. I messaged several times, even said I'd accept the 50% offer later, but no response. It's now over 30 days since I bought it and the chat on the site is ignored. That slow-then-stopped approach pushed me past the refund window. Product itself I liked. Service? Not acceptable. I won't buy from them again, even though they have items I like.
