Nice item, awful support 7 April 2026

First glance it seemed fine — the little side table actually looked nicer than the photos. I ordered it from Australia and used it for morning coffee and laptop work. The surface is solid, the veneer has a nice grain and the drawer slides smoothly, a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately it was a touch too wide for the corner I had in mind, so I decided to return it within two weeks. Support replied after a few days and suggested a 50% refund. I said I'd rather return it and asked for a return address. After that they went quiet. I messaged several times, even said I'd accept the 50% offer later, but no response. It's now over 30 days since I bought it and the chat on the site is ignored. That slow-then-stopped approach pushed me past the refund window. Product itself I liked. Service? Not acceptable. I won't buy from them again, even though they have items I like.
