Cottage Arbour
Lemon Pavilion delivered within 3 days from me placing the order and were really helpful. I rang up before ordering and agreed the delivery date with them and then went online and ordered a fantastic cottage arbour, it is really solid and well built. It arrived really quickly and I also ordered a grey cushion which I am also very pleased with. Great service from Lemon Pavilion, I will definitely be back for more garden furniture.

I have made many purchases from Lemon Pavilion over the years. As a keen gardener they are my go to for lovely quality items and super service. My most recent purchase was a planter and as usual the service experienced and product received didn't disappoint
Companion (Love) Seat
Purchased this item as a surprise Valentines gift for my husband. It arrived when promised, right down to receiving a heads up call 30 minutes before arrival which allowed me to preserve the element of surprise! Hubby was very happy with his gift
Milford Chicken Coup
Had to wait a while for delivery but understandable in current circumstances and was warned there would be a wait. Really pleased with chicken house, reasonably priced, well made and very easy to assemble. Would recommend.

Gurner valley log store
I’ve never received the log store. The sales team are rude. They have £207 of my hard earned money, but you can’t get hold of them to find out where your item might be
Chicken house
Placed and paid for an order at the beginning of June for a Chicken house. Delivery at the time stated June 25th. By beginning of July I emailed pink sky trading/ lemon Pavillion to cancel the order, the website I ordered through was showing delivery now at 9th of July and order still processing. I was advised by lemon Pavillion I couldn’t cancel the order as it was too late, the coop had already been passed to the courier. The web site still showed the order as processing for 48 hours AFTER they refused to cancel the delivery. By this time I’d had to order another chicken house from somewhere else or my chickens would have been at the mercy of predators.
I emailed Pink Sky/ lemon Pavillion every day asking for the number of the courier company so I could cancel delivery myself.. they stated they had no contact numbers, but I would be called 48 hours before delivery... I wasn’t. The item was then delivered AFTER the cut off date given at the time of ordering and as I had stated in each correspondence with PST I refused the delivery.
7 days later I emailed requesting my refund, I was told I wouldn’t get a refund until the item had been inspected for damage ( the item I never took receipt of in order to damage it!!! ). Another 7 days and I Was then Informed as I had refused delivery I was now libel for courier charges. Another 7 days I received an email stating I was being charged £103 for refusing delivery!!!
Over half my money is being kept for an order I was entitled to cancel as they couldn’t fulfill their delivery obligations given at the time I placed my order, that Was dispatched regardless of my request to cancel, which arrived late....
They now refuse to reply to my emails and calls...

Apparently the fact they are willing to refund me £97 out of £209 is a “good will gesture”..
they refuse to provide me with evidence of courier costs.
This company are HORRENDOUS
They also trade under the name Lemon Pavillion and buttercup farm. I am part of a group on Facebook.. dozens and dozens of people have been conned out of thousands of pounds.. Mostly elderly people which is even worse.2 x Medium Kensington Planters
Ordered 1st May, web stated 10 days for delivery. I heard nothing and was text nearly 3 weeks later and told that the order would arrive 08/06/2020. Due to Covid 19 issues I accepted this and waited.. I then get a text 02/06/2020 saying no delivery until 05/07/2020. On trying to cancel this order, as 9 weeks is not acceptable, you totally ignore all contact I have made... Poor show Lemon Pavilion.. If you can't provide a decent service, don't take the money...
Garden bench
Absolutely shocking, seriously people, do not use or order from this company. Been dealing with these since April, I have had the same item sent out twice damaged, they have not been to pick up the item, they have not paid my full refund which I have requested numerous times. Impossible to deal with them on the phone, impossible to get replies through email off them.
These are as bad as it gets, be warned!!!

I also waiting for refund on my gazebo,all I get is we will deal with it I understand current situation we are all in but nothing from them it didn't take 3 weeks for them to take money out of my bank very angry and taking further action now????
