The ring has become a bit of an unwanted family joke, which is a shame because it was meant to mark such a brilliant moment. I bought it for my daughter after she graduated top of her class, as student council president and with honours, so I didn’t exactly choose it on a whim. It cost around $200 too. She stopped wearing it without saying much, and I later found out it was turning her finger green. Poor thing didn’t want to upset me because she knew it was a gift. Honestly, that stung more than the money. I’ve tried contacting the company but getting a reply feels like chasing a pigeon in a car park. With two more children graduating soon, I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere.
Cancelled before it even left
By the time I checked the tracking, the family trip was practically around the corner. I’d ordered personalised necklaces for my daughter and nieces, thinking they’d be a lovely surprise to take with us. Payment was taken straight away, but after more than three weeks there was still no parcel. When I rang, I was told it had been sent. FedEx then showed the shipment had actually been cancelled by Limoges, which was a bit of a shock. I called again and nobody could explain what had happened or where the order was. A week later, the answer was still basically the same, except they offered to start processing it then. Four weeks after paying? No thanks. In the end the ring did arrive, and the stone and finish were fine for what I paid, so that part worked out. What didn't work was the communication. I rang to check the status only to be told processing could be up to four weeks, then another few days for shipping — which would have been useful to know earlier. I also asked to cancel, was told it was done, but the email confirmation never appeared and the refund took ages to show up; I had to chase them and eventually sort it via my bank. So, not fraudulent, not excellent either — usable product, slow and messy admin. Worth it if you can wait, but be prepared to follow up.
Payment mix-up, eventually sorted
I didn’t expect to spend half a day on what should have been a simple jewellery order, but that’s what happened. I tried to buy a couple of necklaces (one-day offer popped up, so I thought why not) and the checkout started misbehaving. PayPal kept getting rejected with a vague “coding” message, then my saved credit card wouldn’t take it, and finally my debit card seemed to bounce too. Frustrating, I closed the tab and assumed it had failed.

I’d treat this as a warning: don’t rely on them for anything sensitive until they fix their security and fulfilment process.
