Good product, good price, quick delivery
I recently made a purchase from this place and it was absolutely fantastic. The product was amazing quality and the price was reasonable. What's more, it arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. It's not often things go so smoothly, but I'm really pleased with how it turned out. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

I have had a subscription back in 2020 and ordered a lot during a whole year. One month I did not have the money on my account to pay the subscription and they cancelled it immediately.
After 2 years they send me a bill with that amount and a threat with debt collectors if I don't pay them, although they cancelled that service for me and I haven't used it since. I tried to contact them many ways but there is no person to talk to, no chat, no phone number, just the same useless email. I kept getting the same automatic reply: YOU HAVE TO PAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY MORE, and I ended up having to scream at debt collectors over the phone for 50 Euro. The literal worst entitlement and rudest treatment i have EVER encountered. A horrible company that deserves to go bankrupt. NEVER subscribe unless you want to be treated as if you are a thief and forced to pay money for no reason!Sun oil
I was one of many who was misled into becoming a 'member'. Regardless of what Luxplus say becoming a member is not clear especially when making a purchase via a mobile. The first I knew of this was a deduction of £8.99 from my bank account. If Luxplus were fair about this they would alert new 'subscribers' when a subscription payment is about to be taken and/or issue a refund if customers did not realise they had unwittingly become 'members'. As they do neither this is clearly a deliberate ploy to gain unsuspecting members and take subscriptions by stealth. From looking at the many poor reviews lots of customers have fallen for this and I wonder how many have paid months of subscriptions without realising. A nice little earner for Luxplus. I wonder what % of their income is from unwanted subscriptions? And how many people really get value from paying over £100 a year to access discount prices?? Someone needs to put a stop to this - eg Trading Standards - so many have been caught by this that it must contravene some law or guideline. And please dont bother replying Luxplus - we know what you are up to

I LOVE luxplus. It’s SPECIFICALLY states that you are charged a subscription fee when you make a purchase. I’ve used it regularly and I think the savings are amazing. There are cheap brands and expensive ones and you get such a good deal. I’ve been happy with every order.
FYI I don’t know how anyone could miss the fact that you pay a subscription.... for all the people moaning. I cancelled due to coronavirus lockdown now I’m not working and I simply emailed them explaining I needed to cancel until I was back working and within minutes they had cancelled and sent me an email to confirm. Excellent customer service. I will 100% be rejoining again once I’m back at work and being paid!It's a rip off company.My partner has been done by luxplus. They scan you into taking a monthly subscription .

This is very much clear that concept is in benefits of customers. Not very good amount but this can be big discount as a whole of all months calculation of total purchase.
This is equally true we have to buy every months for livelihood. Then why not from such shops where we can save something against purchase.
I am new member of Lusplus and realized this could be big deal in total for smooth purchasing.
So yes truly advisable.
