Earrings
I recently got myself some new earrings and I absolutely love them! They arrived in this adorable little pouch and the quality is really top-notch. I had a bit of a panic when I thought my order was missing, but then I spoke to this amazing lady called Monica who sorted everything out for me. She was so kind and really went out of her way to help. I would definitely suggest checking out this place if you're on the lookout for some cool stuff!
Quick delivery, wrong item, excellent customer service
When I first got the wrong item from Luxe Tones, I was a bit disappointed. But, I was actually quite pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service I got when I got in touch about the mistake. They replied quickly and sorted everything out by sending me the right product straight away. I really needed it urgently for a birthday, and they made sure it was delivered the next day with first class tracking. The presentation box it came in was a nice extra, and I was really impressed by how good the earrings were. Overall, I'd definitely give them a five-star rating for their fantastic service.
Lovely jewellery with exceptional customer service

Lightweight, flimsy ring
The service was really quick and the presentation was lovely, but I was a bit let down by the ring. It just didn't seem like very good quality and I'm worried that the stone might fall out soon.

Gorgeous ring purchase
I bought a beautiful ring from this company recently, but sadly, some stones fell out after I wore it for a bit. I quickly emailed them about it, and they surprised me by offering a replacement right away. Unfortunately, the ring wasn't available anymore due to its popularity. They gave me a full refund and even a 20% discount for my next purchase as a nice gesture. I'm really impressed with their amazing customer service and how well they dealt with the problem. I picked up these fab new earrings, but one of the bits fell off while I was out and about. I got in touch with the store, and they were great - they sent me a replacement straight away! I was well chuffed when the new ones turned up so fast. Big thanks for the top-notch customer service!
Sunglasses
I bought two pairs of sunglasses from this company before and I really liked them. But, the most recent pair I got had a green glass finish that started fading after only three times wearing them. This made them look really dull and not very nice. I sent an email to the company with some photos of the problem, but I didn't hear back from them. The fact that they didn't respond made me feel let down and made me think differently about the company.
"Flimsy jewellery, stone fell out"
I bought some jewellery from here and I was really let down by the quality. The stone actually fell out of the ring as soon as I opened the package, and I just felt like I'd thrown my money away. Compared to other affordable brands like Primark and Shein, this jewellery just doesn't cut it in terms of quality. The price is high, but the product is low quality. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone in the future.
Star and moon earrings
I really like their designs and packaging, but I have to admit that some of their items are a bit cheaply made. For instance, the gold plating on my star and moon earrings started chipping off within a month of me buying them. However, I also have another pair of earrings from the same place that are still holding up really well. I wonder if it just varies depending on the style of the jewellery?

Large Earrings
As a customer of Luxe Tones, I just wanted to say I was really disappointed with the big earrings I bought. They just looked kind of cheap and not as fancy as I thought they'd be coming from this brand. I was hoping for something more classy and stylish, but the massive design just didn't hit the mark for me.
