Extremely unsatisfied with this online store. Not only did they "pack" my order in such a way that it obviously arrived shattered and broken. When I asked to get it replaced they sent me a refund instead expecting me to pay for a new shipping!
I asked the customer support once again to send me a replacement instead and they denied it - while at the same time they had reserved and charged my card with the same amount they "refunded" me. Why should I as a customer have to pay for the additional shipping when they are the ones that couldn't even pack an order in a proper way? Nobody in their right mind would expect the item to arrive intact. Extremely unprofessionally done both at shipping and handling the matter. I'd recommend everyone to stay away from this store!Pop funkos
Made an order 11 days ago and chased them up twice now. I still don't have a delivery date. Demanded a refund instead. No response. Avoid these scammers like the plague.
