Pre-orders of multiple items

MTG Commander decks purchase
I've been using Magic Madhouse quite a lot and generally speaking, I've had really good experiences with them. The only thing that's been a bit of a letdown is the fact that prices have gone up recently on certain "most wanted" items, such as the MTG Commander decks. It's a shame to see those products costing so much more than others. But other than that, I've always been happy with the stuff I've bought, the service they provide, and the overall experience of shopping with Magic Madhouse. I tend to place an order with them about once or twice a month because they have a wide range of products and they're pretty quick with deliveries.
Pokemon TCG order
I've just bought some Pokemon TCG cards from this place, and I have to say, it wasn't a great experience. The card I got was scratched even though it was meant to be in perfect condition. I wasn't pleased about that at all. But, I will give credit to the staff for how they dealt with it. They agreed with me, said sorry for the error, and quickly sent me a replacement card. I was relieved to see them owning up to it and fixing the problem without any fuss. Apart from this issue, my other purchases have been perfect with no problems at all.
TCG purchase
They mainly focus on TCGs, but they really need to improve their board game selection and restock more frequently. Come on, give us board game fans some more love!
Variety of art works, packs of cards
My time using the service was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. Yes, the delivery was quick and the items came in perfect condition, but I was really hoping for a mixture of different art pieces and instead got identical packs of cards. As someone who enjoys collecting, I was looking forward to adding some variety to my collection, but that didn't happen. It was really annoying to get duplicates instead of the diversity I was after.

10 Pokémon booster packs for my son
I bought 10 Pokémon booster packs for my son, who's a massive Pokémon fan. The prices were really good at this shop, and my son absolutely loved the cards he got. Out of the 10 packs, 7 had rare cards like full arts. I always go to this shop because I know they sell real cards at good prices.
Multiple items
Extremely unsatisfied with this online store. Not only did they "pack" my order in such a way that it obviously arrived shattered and broken. When I asked to get it replaced they sent me a refund instead expecting me to pay for a new shipping!
I asked the customer support once again to send me a replacement instead and they denied it - while at the same time they had reserved and charged my card with the same amount they "refunded" me. Why should I as a customer have to pay for the additional shipping when they are the ones that couldn't even pack an order in a proper way? Nobody in their right mind would expect the item to arrive intact. Extremely unprofessionally done both at shipping and handling the matter. I'd recommend everyone to stay away from this store!Salamence and Hydreigon cards
Although my order arrived quickly from the UK to the US, I was pretty disappointed with what I got. I ended up receiving double the number of Salamence promos and half of the Fusion Strike packs were all damaged. The packaging was in a sorry state, which was a real letdown for someone who loves collecting. But, I have decided to give this shop another shot because they normally come through with reliable service and speedy deliveries.
Multiple orders, fast delivery, great products
I've bought from this company a few times now and I've never had any problems. They always deliver super quick, the packaging is solid, and the products are always top quality. I'll definitely be coming back in the future. The only thing I'd say is that I wish they had more variety in what you can buy individually, that way I'd use them for all my orders.
