Watch Plano
This watch is very fragile! The wristband doesn't handel everyday use. The color rubs off very quickly and the overall wristband seems beaten up. The worst is the design of the face watch: it is a very thin piece of wood that holds the wristband and it snaps very easily. I broke my second face watch after I wore it only a few times.
Earring
Warning!
Very bad product quality, even worst customer service.
Bought an earring online, the jewelry broke in half, the 2nd time it was used.
Asked for a full refund of the product immediatelly. The reply was that i would get a partial refund as they assumed i would keep the loops accompaning the main earring. I refused accepting half the refund for a defective product and felt insulted. They answered i should return the jewellry first. Then on further request for clarification of who will undertake the transportation fees they simply stopped replying.
Avoid this company, not worth it.Replacement Strap
Brought my watch a year ago (model Silt 608). Everything went great and I was over the moon with my watch. A year later (late 2019), I had to replace the strap, which was disappointing after only a year of wear, but I wore the watch everyday in most situations - so the strap breaking may well have been my own fault.
What has been a shambles is buying a replacement strap. It's been 6 weeks since I ordered the strap, and it's still not here. I've contacted MAM Care multiple times but received identical scripted emails. Moreover, there's only one wooden strap you can buy on the website; you buy the strap and they're supposed to contact you to confirm what model you need. Well 5 weeks go by and I hear nothing from them until one day I get a shipment notification. So I got in touch to check that the correct model had been sent to me as I hadn't been contacted, and, yet again, more identical scripted emails which are cut-and-paste what is written on the website - which I had already read thoroughly.
Finally, after multiple emails I get an apologetic response saying that my order hadn't actually been shipped, but the staff would ensure the right model would be sent when it does eventually get shipped. And that brings us to today, 6 weeks on, still no strap, but hopefully I'll have a working MAM watch again by Easter.
