Rings purchase
I absolutely love the rings I bought! They fit perfectly, but I did notice that the wider band made it feel a bit tighter on my finger because it has more contact with the skin. But overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Tight and uncomfortable jewellery
The jewellery looked amazing on the website, but when I got it, I was disappointed. I have thin wrists, but the Gold bracelet with the large bar was so tight and uncomfortable that it hurt to wear it. The Body jewel lip cuff in 18K gold finish didn't fit my lips well, and the Asymmetric gold ear cuff kept falling off. I only wore these pieces once and I don't think I'll wear them again. I just feel like I wasted my money in the end.
Hand ring purchase
The company's delivery service is absolutely terrible. I ordered a hand ring two months ago, and it feels like I've been completely in the dark ever since. They kept changing the delivery date without giving any updates. As you can imagine, it's really frustrating to be left hanging like that. I wish I had checked out their reviews before, because I definitely would have reconsidered ordering from them. It's a shame that a product that seemed good is ruined by such bad service.
Earrings gift purchase
I bought these earrings on the 14th of March as a present, but I'm a bit annoyed because they still haven't been shipped as promised. To make matters worse, I received a message saying my order had been cancelled and I was refunded - which I didn't even request! They also asked me to remove this comment, but I don't see why I should. All in all, I'm not satisfied with the service.
Efficient earpieces
I bought some earphones recently and I have to say, I'm really happy with the quality. The design is really cool and the material is top quality. However, I was a bit annoyed when part of my order was delayed because of production problems. It would have been good if they had let me know before I had to ask about it. But, they did respond quickly to my email which I appreciated. Big shout out to them for making these awesome earphones that I really like!
Beautiful necklace purchased with quick delivery and great communication.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the necklace I bought, it's so beautiful. It came really quickly, even though it was sent from abroad, and I liked how they kept me in the loop with regular updates on where my order was. The necklace is honestly gorgeous and it's top-notch quality. I couldn't be happier with the whole process.
Handbag purchase
I just got my handbag order and I have to say, it's absolutely gorgeous. The quality is top-notch and it looks exactly like the photos on the website. But, I was a bit let down to find out there were extra shipping costs that weren't clear when I was checking out. I think it's really important for businesses to be upfront about all the costs linked to a purchase so customers don't get confused or annoyed.

Wow, this jewelry is absolutely amazing and unlike anything I've ever seen before! I picked up an item from the Trans collection and I just can't seem to take it off. In just 5 days, I've already received so many compliments on how fabulous it is!

Taxes and Customer Service
I emailed about the taxes on stuff from outside the EU last week, but I haven't heard back yet, which is a bit frustrating. It's putting me off buying more. I wasn't too happy about the taxes I had to fork out for my handbag either - it left me feeling less happy with my purchase. The handbag itself is nice, but having more pockets inside would make it even better.
Misleading tax information
I bought something from this company not long ago, and I was really surprised to discover that they had hidden important tax details in hard-to-find places on their website. I'm not from the EU, so I had no idea that there were extra taxes to pay until after I had already made my purchase. I think it's really unfair and dishonest not to be upfront about these costs. They should definitely let people know before they complete their purchase to stop them from being misled.

The pictures online definitely didn't show how beautiful the bag is in real life. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality, unique accessories.

I was so excited about the birthday gifts I got recently! The stuff I ordered was really high quality and had such cool designs that stood out a lot. The delivery was super quick, especially with it being Christmas time. The customer service was amazingly helpful too. Watch purchase
I bought a watch from this awesome shop and it was amazing. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke a part of it while trying to change the strap. I reached out to their customer service and they kindly sent me a brand new strap at no cost. This is the second watch I've purchased from them and it's definitely the best wooden watch I've ever had. Big thanks to Julian for being so helpful! I'm looking forward to buying more watches from them in the future. In conclusion, highly recommended.
Orbit ring purchase
The ring was way too small which was a real pain, couldn't wear it properly at all. I've been a fan of this brand for years now but this product just didn't hit the mark for me. The pictures online made the ring look amazing, but in person, it just felt like an expensive piece of wire, not worth the money.
Jewelry duty and return issues
I recently bought something from this company and had a bit of a problem. The duty fees for my purchase were much higher than I expected, which made it tough for me to pay the extra money. It would have been really helpful if they had warned me about these charges so I wouldn't have been so surprised. Also, I had a bit of trouble sending back the stuff for a refund. I emailed them but didn't get a reply until I called them myself. Even after DHL sent back the items, I still haven't heard anything about getting my money back, which is pretty disappointing. But I have to say, the jewellery design is really amazing! I'd definitely like to check out your store in Barcelona and buy something there in person next time.
