Replacement items
I had a problem with my order recently, as it disappeared after being marked as delivered. The customer service team at MandM really saved the day though! They were so helpful and went out of their way to help me. They were friendly, quick to respond, and kept me in the loop the whole time. I was really impressed with how they communicated and how dedicated they were to sorting out the problem as soon as possible. In just a few days, I got the replacement items and I'm thankful for the efficient service MandM provided. Thanks for the top-notch customer service!
New leather jacket
I recently bought a new leather jacket from this shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. First off, I ordered it over the Bank Holiday weekend and was amazed when it arrived the very next morning, even though it was a holiday. The delivery was great, the courier was friendly and helpful, and they even brought it all the way up to the 4th floor. When I tried on the jacket, it was a perfect fit and looked stylish and comfy. I'm really pleased with my purchase and the service I received.
Clothing order.
I bought some clothes from this shop not too long ago and I must say, it was a pretty good experience. The prices were really good and the delivery was super fast. I decided to go for express delivery and it came right on schedule. The only downside was that there wasn't a returns label in the package. Luckily, I could get one from the shop for a small cost. I did have a little problem with getting the wrong size, but the customer service team were really helpful and sorted me out with a free returns label.
Joggers
I bought several items from MandM direct and when the 5 items arrived, the jogging pants were XXL and not the XL I ordered! I contacted them and they wanted me to parcel them up and take to a postal supplier! I have to Shield during the lockdown being a vulnerable member of the public! They have no other way of me getting a refund! I won’t but another thing from them in future! It was their mistake in the first place and they clearly don’t care about Customer Service
Awesome products
I just wanted to say how much I love shopping at MandM. They always deliver such great products really quickly. I used to worry about buying things online, but MandM has never disappointed me. The quality of their products is fantastic and the whole shopping experience is just so simple and hassle-free.
Damaged item return
I had to take something back to the shop the other day because it was way too big for me and had some marks on it. I reckon that if you buy something that's damaged or faulty, they should cover the cost of returning it. It doesn't seem fair that a customer has to fork out money to send back something that arrived in a dodgy state. It's really annoying to get a product that's not up to scratch and then have to pay extra just to return it.
Men's sportswear
The men's sportswear selection at MandM is spot on. I managed to find just what I needed and snagged some great deals along the way. The quality of the products is really good, and they fit like a charm. However, I have to admit that returning items was a bit of a nightmare for me, living out here in the rural boonies. It would be so much easier if MandM had a more straightforward returns process, like other stores that use post office drop-off points.
Fast track service
I recently bought the fast track service from this retailer and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the service I got. Right from when I ordered, the communication was great. They kept me updated on my purchase and told me when it would arrive. I was really surprised at how quickly it arrived, and I got it on time. I would definitely recommend their fast track service, especially if you want quick delivery without paying for postage for a year.

Oh my god, I was really nervous about trying out this new place, but I ended up getting two pairs of trainers because they had great reviews. Missing parcel, poor customer service
My parcel was left on my doorstep without anyone there, and then they said it was received when I hadn't got it! I got in touch with customer service lots of times to tell them it was stolen, but all they said was to wait for them to investigate. It's been almost 2 weeks now, and I still haven't got a replacement or my money back for the £274 items. It's just so frustrating! If they don't sort it out soon, I'll have to go to the small claims court about this issue.

I shop a lot and the other day I had to get in touch with customer services because my parcel went missing. It was a bit of a mission to finally speak to someone, but when I did, they were really helpful and got my replacement items sent out straight away. The prices are good and I'm happy with everything overall, but I do wish the customer service communication was a bit more smooth.

Refund issue
I was really disappointed with the customer support I got when I tried to get a refund for an item I returned to the store. I returned 3 items but only got a refund for 2. I tried to contact customer service several times but they weren't helpful and couldn't solve the issue. It's annoying to have to keep telling the same story to different people and not getting any help. It's obvious that there's a big problem with communication within the company, and it's made me lose trust in their customer service.
