I pre-ordered a bed from this store and it got delayed, which was really annoying. But when I contacted customer services, a lady named Rebecca went out of her way to assist me. Mattress exchange
The customer service over at Mattress Man was absolutely brilliant. The person working at the Stevenage store was really helpful but not at all in-your-face, just like I read in another review. I was so pleased that I could try out a mattress for a whole month and then swap it for a different one within just a week. All in all, a really easy and enjoyable experience.
