So, I decided to try Mattress Man for the third time and I have to say, I was really impressed. The prices are amazing and the bed frames are really strong and well-made. The mattress I bought is honestly the most comfortable one I've ever had. Plus, they managed to deliver it to our loft conversion, which was no easy task. They also recycled our old bed, which was a big bonus. The customer service is fantastic - they pick up the phone quickly and are so friendly and helpful. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever buy a bed from anywhere else. Mattress Man has definitely won me over.

The customer service over at Mattress Man was absolutely brilliant. The person working at the Stevenage store was really helpful but not at all in-your-face, just like I read in another review.
