readings seem sensible and it’s easy enough to use. Trouble is, getting it was a mess. I paid up front, got an order confirmation with a number but no real details, and then radio silence for far too long. Promised 2–5 days turned into two weeks. I tried everything — emails, the website contact form, even ringing the number — the phone just bounced to an answerphone that wouldn’t let you leave a message. Dead links, no replies, and a webform that kept saying “we’ll reply in 24 hours” but didn’t. It felt like I was chasing ghosts. In the end the parcel turned up and the monitor works, but the whole experience left me annoyed and a bit wary. If you need something fast because of health reasons, I wouldn’t rely on their delivery or customer service. If you’ve got more time to spare and don’t mind chasing them, it’s usable and probably fine value for money. I just think they need to sort out basic communication — it’s not hard to acknowledge a delay or take a message. So, useful product, but patchy reliability and poor after-sales contact. Won’t recommend for urgent needs, sadly.
