Sat down to put this together and honestly I was a bit surprised how nice it all felt. The case is solid without being awkwardly heavy, panels line up properly and there’s actually enough room to hide cables — makes the whole build look tidy even when you’re a bit messy. The DDR5 sticks clicked in cleanly, BIOS picked them up straight away and the system boots noticeably snappier. I did have a hiccup with the first parcel (damaged in transit), but Evelina sorted a replacement and sent it by express — it arrived earlier than I expected, which was a proper relief. I’ve had worse service elsewhere, so this felt refreshingly smooth. Little things, like the snug bay covers and easy cable routing, made it enjoyable to put together.
Unexpectedly pleased with the whole thing
go for it if you're on the fence. I first spotted the 38-inch LG on a small UK reseller's listing after a mate pointed me in that direction, and at first I was proper wary because their reviews looked a bit sketchy. Still, the price and stock were about right so I pulled the trigger. The first monitor arrived quickly and the ordering process was straightforward, but when I tilted the screen there was a faint rattle, like something loose inside — annoying, naturally, and my first thought was "here we go". I emailed MemoryC and got a reply from Evelina who actually sorted everything out faster than I expected: she arranged a courier pickup and a replacement without faffing about. The swap took a bit of time but the replacement arrived in great shape and absolutely silent, which was a lovely surprise. What stood out was how calm and efficient the whole customer service exchange was — it made me trust the company more than the star ratings did. So yeah, a slightly bumpy start but a very tidy finish; I'd recommend them, especially if you value decent support when things don't go perfectly.
Bumpy ride but glad it’s behind me
overall I’m fairly pleased with how this ended, even though it started off badly. I needed new RAM urgently — had a deadline for some video editing and my old rig was groaning, plus I’ve been burned before by tricky sellers, so I was on edge. The order looked fine at a decent price, then the next day they emailed saying it was a “pricing error” and asked me to cancel. That annoyed me, obviously — felt like they were trying to pull a fast one when market prices moved. Fast forward, the same kit popped back on the site at a higher price, which didn’t sit well at all. After a few messages and a bit of waiting, the company did process my order (eventually) and the RAM arrived intact. It fixed my editing lag straight away and I could breathe again. Emotionally it was a rollercoaster — irritated, a bit stressed, then relieved. Would I use them again? Probably, but I’d keep an eye on the price and be ready to chase things up. So, a reluctant thumbs-up with caveats.
