I was honestly a bit sceptical at first — you know, the usual doubts about specs and whether it’s all hype — but one quick call pretty much put me at ease. A really patient adviser went through processor, RAM, graphics card and hard drive, asked what I actually do with the machine, and suggested what made sense. They gave a delivery day and it arrived exactly then. The thing is seriously quick, can be left on 24/7 without overheating, and there’s even a small temperature gauge on the case (didn’t expect that). Glad I bought it — just be clear about what you need.
Late arrival, decent case, shaky setup
It turned up on a soggy Tuesday, about five weeks after they first said midweek. I started it the same afternoon. First thing I noticed was the nice finish on the case — that did surprise me. The rest though was messy. They'd apparently been waiting for a part for two weeks without telling me, then told me it was shipped when it wasn't. HDD wasn't secured, RAM wasn't running at 3000MHz and no factory overclock had been applied. They phoned and tried to walk me through memory settings, polite but the system is now unstable. They said air cooling couldn't handle overclocking, even though other builders manage it. I rejected the system and now they're trying to charge for Windows 10.
Promising kit, shaky delivery
I first saw this machine at a mate's and thought it looked brilliant, so I phoned to order rather than faff about online — the salesperson swore it would arrive in ten days. It didn't. No reply to my email, and the box turned up after three weeks with a loud rattle. Inside a RAM stick was loose; after a bit of swearing and wrestling it into place it booted and ran really smoothly, I have to admit — proper speedy for what I need. Next day it wouldn't start. Customer services were hard to reach, techs tried a few things over the phone and then asked me to send it back. I told my sister about it before buying — now a bit glad I warned her to wait. Frustrating but decent kit otherwise.
Nearly there, but not quite
error on the monitor at first boot and the graphics card wasn't the spec I'd agreed. Also they'd promised a "password free" setup but that wasn't the case. I emailed after-sales and had one week with no reply. Then I phoned technical support and that call changed things. They talked me through a missing programme to download, explained the password settings I needed to change, and arranged to send the correct graphics card. Nothing was instant, and I’ve still had to do a bit of fiddling myself. But the moment the desktop finally booted straight to the desktop, no errors and apps behaving, I relaxed. I wish they'd been quicker on the emails, but in the end it worked out.
Mid-meeting hiccup
it's quick, the fan is quiet, the case feels solid and it boots straightaway — actually pretty reassuring. But then the niggles: they forgot to include the extra discs we paid for and the DVD writer was dead on arrival. Their "fix" was basically, can you as a builder open it up and sort it? Err, no thanks, that felt risky. My wife found the missing software online so we didn't need the dodgy £25 drive, but now we have to arrange a courier dance to send the whole PC back so they can remove it — weeks without a machine is a headache. Slightly annoyed at first, now I'm mostly pleased with how it runs; just wish the aftercare matched the hardware.
Affordable quality laptop
I recently bought a great value laptop from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed. The laptop has surpassed what I was expecting in terms of how well it works and how well it's made. My daughter, who mainly uses the laptop, is so happy with it.

Custom-built computer purchase
I got this computer from Mesh Computers and it's been absolutely brilliant. Runs so smoothly and meets all my expectations. The quality is top-notch and I couldn't be happier with it. The only downside was the customer support let me down. When I received the computer, I noticed that both case side panels were loose and missing some screws. I contacted customer support right away and spoke to Jan, who said they would send replacement screws. But, unfortunately, they never came through. It's a shame because such a simple request was mishandled and it left me feeling let down and annoyed.

High-spec PC purchase
I was really pleased with how quickly the PC was delivered and the amazing specs it came with. I've had keyboard problems with other brands before, so I decided to stick with a reliable brand this time, and I'm really happy with my choice. Being able to upgrade the RAM was a big selling point for me, so I went for 16GB out of a possible 40GB to make sure my PC can handle anything I need it to. Setting it up was pretty straightforward, although it did depend heavily on having a Microsoft account, so make sure you have those details handy. Having to load MS Office through a subscription was a bit of a hassle, but it wasn't a dealbreaker considering everything else I got with the package.
