double-check ASINs and insist on written confirmation. Surprised it ended okay in the end, but don’t assume it will go smoothly.
Almost didn’t trust them, but glad I did
fast, well packed and as promised. What really changed my mind was the customer service — I had a small issue and they actually answered my calls and sorted a replacement the same week (didn't expect that). Still keep an eye on things, but overall happy and would recommend to others.
Wrong items, weak follow-up
I wouldn't trust them with anything important. By the time they'd had the returned parcels, everything went quiet. We ordered stock to list on Amazon, got the wrong goods, they asked us to send them back for a refund — and we did. After that it was a string of silence and me chasing emails and calls. I've dealt with other suppliers before and usually it's a faff but resolvable; this felt different, like they just hoped you'd give up. I did end up getting a bit angry and even thought about legal steps, but mostly I'm relieved it didn't get uglier. Honestly they were slow, dodgy on communication and the refund never came without persistent hassling. Not terrible on price, but service and delivery were poor overall.
