Ordered a phone 3 days after Christmas that was up at a very good, respectable deal, almost too good to be true. It’s been 1 week and I haven’t heard anything from MPD, via email/text etc, telling me when my order will get to me. I then find out the phone I ordered had been sold out when I had bought it, they had just failed to mention this before I bought the contract, and then when I tried to get through to them about it, the live chat said that it was unavailable, and there was an hour queue when I phoned up. Very frustrating. Poor poor service.
Do not use them! I received the phone as stated that was great. I couldn’t seem to get reception so when I eventually got though to them with over an hour wait either on the telephone or via live chat! They suggested I contact o2. I ddI that o2 said let’s try new sim. Waited a couple of days for that. Still didn’t work so spoke to o2 they ran tests I’ve rthe phone & said phone is faulty. So another hour & half to speak to MpD they say ok return it. But can’t send you another until 5 working days after it’s been checked. Not great with Xmas so I said forget it just cancel contract. Which they said they could after 5 working days. So without a phone since 21st dec. it was sent back in perfect visible condition & thankfully took photos to prove this. As yesterday they say they will not cancel contract as phone damaged, sent picture of damage. It’s either another phone or they have damaged! Want to charge me £100 to make it into a reusable phone. Poor person who gets this faulty fixed phone! Or keep contract fon a faulty phone. Still awaiting a response with proof phone was in a perfect visible state when it left here. So still without a phone!
