Absolutely waste of time ... energy! I have experienced the worst ever service, they promise next day delivery and blame courier service DPD, told me they sent the phone out but courier said that they have never even received it. Then DPD told me that it’s coming from curry’s so I guess these guys act as a middle man. I had to call up over 7 times and gave up and requested a refund, just use Amazon if you need to if not buy in store all these online websites are nothing but headache and hassle, there call centre is in south Africa and when you call up they sound like they are having a party!

I haven’t had one singular issue with Mobiles. I’ve had multiple.
First off, I got sent a bunch of sim cards through the post from them in. I rang them up thinking there had been a data breach of some sort. Only to be told there had been a ‘system fault’ of which I would have been charged for two extra contracts if I hadn’t rung up and told them. They cancelled them and told me to throw them away.
Secondly halfway through my cashback contract I could no longer claim cashback.
Thirdly and probably the worst. They took a second contract out without my consent again. Consent doesn’t seem to be something they value. It was well hidden behind my other phone contract, and I only noticed when the charges increasingly jumped. I have been trying to get my money back for the last five months from them.
I truly believe had I not been persistent they would have happily kept the hundreds of pounds that are mine.
Their customer service and handling of this situation has been atrocious. In the last 5 months I have called up around 30 or more times have spent hours of my time when which are added up are days just trying to sort it.
I have been hung up on consistently (10+x) by advisors when they can’t be bothered to deal with the situation or when I have asked to speak to someone higher up. For me then to have to phone up again and be placed in another long queue. They have been extremely negligent in the whole situation, constantly trying to shift the narrative that it was me who took it out. They have batted me back and forth between Vodaphone and themselves. Trying to constantly shift the blame. The managers too have been careless and inept to deal with it. Leah who I spoke too, also tried to place blame and fault upon me, saying it must be fraud and leaping to anything that would take the blame from them. I was promised call backs which I waited hours for and didn’t receive constantly. For such a ‘high priority case’ as they called it, they were happy to play me around. I got another manager named Jason who too was at first more helpful but soon became inattentive after promising to escalate the matter further and would keep me updated with anything that would happen with updates and call backs. He was also going to ring me when he got the information back. He didn’t – he’d apparently told someone else too and they hadn’t. I found him quite impertinent like he couldn’t be bothered. I finally got an email address to request my refund but as of yet have not received.
So, all in all, a deplorable dishonest company who has little respect for their customers and who customer services seem incapable and unfit in handling situations.

One of the accounts was locked by customer service advisor called Domby. after a trip to the shop to unlock it, called customer service and spoke to Indian Guy called Ramish whom tried his best to get away with not closing the account and pretending that he can not hear me and the line is bad not knowing that I spoke to his colleague minutes before him and there was no problem with the line. with my insistence he told me he closed the account but the sim still active. Spoke once more to a Scottish guy to close the second account. he tried his best again not to close the account and accused us of fraud, after arguing the toss he closed the account but also still active, ( now it is cancelled according to Vodafone)
1/1/2022 The account closed by this Indian called Ramish is still active and sim still working so I called Vodafone. Customer service advisor told me the account is still active and we do not have cancellation request. I told her the full story, she said they playing games with you they are ........
she cancelled the contract but I lost my number forever and now I have to get new number.
I received three emails from High level complaint team. every time signed by a different name. always using the first name only so if you call you will never find this person. I gave them my number and asked them to call me but never heard from them. bad service at the highest level. One star is too much for them but this is the worest they can get.

The Site is misleading, you can not talk to Accounts only Customer Services, who E-Mail them, which takes days for a reply. Still waiting for my Cashback which is overdue and did not realize that the deal was with cashback. Go elsewhere and save yourself the Agony of this Frustration
Same problem. I had an 18 month contract with them 4 years ago and was unable to claim any cash back throughout the whole contract. They told me to claim each month at the end of each bill which I tried but then found out this wasn't true so then they told me you have to claim at the end of the contract (which I tried). Then they told me that because I didn't do it at the end of each month, I have informed missed the opertunity to claim any cash back.
Stupidly I went back with these scammers a month ago and I've had nothing but trouble. I tried cancelling my contract in the 14 day grace period because I was told I would pay 17pounss a month but my bil is 30 a month and it's only 17 after cashback deductions at the end of my 24 month contract. But because I'm cancelling my contract, I have to pay the full amount and am not entitled to any cash back. I've now had to pay 60pounds because my bill has gone over into the second month because they haven't bothered to process my return yet...
Absolute scammers with rude aggressive workers who shouldn't be allowed to operate
I have had a truly awful experience with Mobiles.co.uk
I took out a contract with them, and when they could only deliver a handset to my home address in office hours I had to cancel the contract.
I found out a year and a half later that they had still been taking unauthorised payments from my account every month.
I contacted them in April this year, they admitted the error was their fault and they hadn't cancelled the contract but I’m still waiting for a refund.
I have sent weekly emails and phoned since April but just get told they will reply in 3-5 days, and they never reply.
I have also been chased by a debt collection agency for the last five months which is incredibly stressful.
I have been told I won’t receive any compensation even though hundreds of pounds have been taken from my account, I have spent hours and hours on the phone and email trying to sort this out, and debt collectors are threatening me with further action.
I’m amazed to see so many good reviews on this site, my experience has been terrible. Just be wary, if things go wrong their customer service is appalling.
I mu sell has hed a bad experience with this company they send you the phone out straight away but they send the wrong one so you have to send it back to the address they give you. They don't give you your postage back and then I got bils through the door for mobile phones that are active which I don't have and also from 02 but eh why I'm on vodaphone then I got debt company knocking on the door .dont trust thus company

mobiles.co.uk (Dixons Carphone PLC) are scammers, fraudsters.
STAY AWAY from mobiles.co.uk (Dixons Carphone PLC) cashback deals. They don't send cashback cheques. When you chase it, they send one and stop it (my bank said unpaid cheque). Then you chase again, and they put all the blame on you. It goes like that:
"Ayanda: I am really sorry for this, the cheque was cancelled via a request that you have made since you did
not receive the cheque, now our banking team has sent anew cheque for you which will take 28 working days
to arrive from the date the cheque was sent"
Don't be surprised when the operator just closes chat on you. Same with phone calls to their customer phone line. As for complaints, I haven't heard from them since. In fact there is no such a thing as complaints, no complaints policy, no procedure of any sort, no one to escalate the issue with, no body outside the company to refer the complaint to either (they haven't heard of Communications Ombudsman).
You will not get your cashback! You will spend hours on their chat reading the pre-written formulas and listen to the same stories on their customer phone line. All that every 28 working days or more often if you like.
