Sim only contract purchase
I've just bought a sim only contract from Mobiles, and it was a bit of a nightmare trying to get it activated. Even though I did everything they said, my sim wasn't activated for 2 whole days. When I got in touch with customer service for help, they told me it would take another 72 hours to transfer my number and didn't seem to care much. I was really annoyed by the lack of urgency and professionalism from the company.
Bought a new phone, kept my old number
Switching over to my new phone while keeping the same number was a breeze. Everything went smoothly until I faced a problem with one of the pages. I had to input my details three times due to a glitch, which was really frustrating. Apart from that hiccup, the process was simple and straightforward, and now I'm pleased with my new phone.

I recently bought something from the shop and I was really let down by the way the staff treated me. They were really rude and didn't seem like they were right for the job at all. I tried to give them my new PAC code from my old provider, but they wouldn't listen and just passed me on to someone else, even though I'd already spoken to my old provider for ages. The customer service at Mobiles was pretty good overall, and I got my trade-in value without any issues. But, I'm a bit let down because I still haven't received the preorder promotion bonus that was promised when I bought the phone. I've tried reaching out to customer services, but I've not had any follow-up or solution yet. The lack of communication and not keeping their promises has left me feeling unhappy and like I'm out of pocket.

Mark was really good at explaining the contract and phones. I asked for a call back at a better time for me, and he called promptly the next Tuesday after I finished work. He went through the contracts again and talked me through the delivery process. It all went really smoothly, and I got the phones in less than 24 hours after agreeing to the contract.

Recently, I bought a mobile phone from this shop and honestly, I was quite pleased with the whole experience. Ordering online was really easy and the website had some fantastic deals that helped me decide. I had to ring customer service too, and they were really helpful and focused on what I needed. But, one thing that did bug me was the crazy amount of spam emails I got asking for a review. I get why they want feedback, but getting lots of emails in one week just felt a bit too much and unnecessary.

Quick order, delayed website update, busy live chat, helpful operator
I ordered my phone online and it arrived right on time as I was hoping for. The only hiccup was that there was a bit of a delay in updating the website with the status of my order. I tried to find the live chat option, but it was a bit tricky to locate at first. When I eventually found it, it was actually pretty busy. It took me a good 15 minutes or so to confirm if my order had been accepted. But luckily, the operator who finally assisted me was really friendly and cleared up any confusion I had.

Absolutely waste of time ... energy! I have experienced the worst ever service, they promise next day delivery and blame courier service DPD, told me they sent the phone out but courier said that they have never even received it. Then DPD told me that it’s coming from curry’s so I guess these guys act as a middle man. I had to call up over 7 times and gave up and requested a refund, just use Amazon if you need to if not buy in store all these online websites are nothing but headache and hassle, there call centre is in south Africa and when you call up they sound like they are having a party!
