That small relief moment 1 May 2026

I wasn’t expecting to be pleased, honestly. I bought this because the LED thumbsticks looked neat, and I needed a sturdy pad — I game long sessions and my last controller died on me, so I didn’t want to faff about again. Within a few months the right stick lost its fine movement, you know the small adjustments when aiming — it went from smooth to jerky bursts. I was annoyed, felt like I’d paid top-dollar for a toy. Then I messaged support and, after the usual back-and-forth, they sent a replacement that actually worked like a controller should. That second one gave me that moment where I could finally relax and enjoy a session, proper precise aiming, none of the twitchy nonsense. So yeah, quality feels hit-or-miss and I’d still warn heavy users away from the flashy options, but I’m grateful the swap sorted it out in the end.
