Gras Seed
Emailed them twice to ask a question about their grass seed...twice they acknoledged receipy of my enquiry. NEITHER was answered. Shocking...WHy would anyone deal with a company that cannot answer a sales question? I went elsewhere.

I tried 5 times from scratch to get the Moowy seed to grow , nothing! I asked for a refund but they just send more grass seed which still does not grow. I followed the instructions to the letter and the weather has been perfect. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY a waste of money.

Terrible service, i spent a fortune ordering all these products from Moowy, and they only sent me half of my grass seeds. Been chasing for the rest of my order for up to 2 weeks now. I've now been told that my order has been delivered, to which i had already told them that part of the order had been delivered. Spoke to parcel force and they said they had only received part of the order and are waiting for Moowy to pass on the rest. The driver took a photo of the delivery, showing only one box! There were supposed to be four! Service is shocking, no phone number to contact. Fuming! What company doesn't have a feature where you can leave a review? A scam of a company that is!
Good products and services
My neighbours' lawn looks beautiful and well groomed all the time whereas ours looks like the weeds are doing a good job outgrowing the grasses and choking them. We met with them over dinner and they told us everything we needed to know. We were jealous of their lawn then coz you could have a night tea party and even organize a little get together or picnic for your friends and family. That was how perfect it was. They showed us Moowy online and helped us to place an order of the right equipments. They also got us videos on how to care for lawn, starting tips for beginners and how to repair bare spots in the lawn.
The equipments came with guidelines and procedures on how to use them. We set to work and the end result was magnificent. The equipments were easy to use. They saved us the cost of having to hire landscaping services.
Moowy is marvellous. We now have a bigger and better lawn for any outdoor activities. would recommend them anywhere and anytime. 🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸
