I bought some new guitar strings from an online shop not long ago, and I have to say, I was really impressed. The communication while I was ordering was really quick and simple, which made the whole process nice and easy. The delivery came surprisingly quickly, and my package was in perfect condition when it arrived. Guitar amp purchase
I recently got this really cool guitar amp from Muziker, but when the delivery guy showed up, I wasn't at home to receive it. So, they sent me a message saying it would be returned to their warehouse. I was a bit surprised and frustrated since I had already paid for it. However, I later discovered that I could simply collect it from the post office. It was a bit confusing initially, but luckily the rest of the process went without a hitch.
Guitar case purchase
I bought a guitar case from this shop recently and I'm pretty happy with it. The quality is decent and it came on time and in good condition. But I was a bit let down by the delivery service. The UPS guy didn't even ring the doorbell, just left a note for me to pick it up at a UPS pick-up point. It's not the first time this has happened with UPS, so maybe it's worth looking into using a different delivery company next time.
Spiral cable and two jacks
I had a really disappointing experience with my recent purchase. I ordered a spiral cable and two jacks on May 1st, but the parcel only arrived on May 7th. The box looked fine at first, but the perforated edge opened up, probably because of the weight of the cable. What made it worse was that one of the jacks had come out of its flimsy plastic bag and wasn't in the box. I tried to report the problem, but the system was so hard to use and explain my issue clearly. I sent emails and pictures to support my case, but the reply I got today was surprising - they rejected my complaint! All because the poor packaging let the jack go missing. I paid for two jacks and a cable, but only got one jack and the cable. It's just not right, especially when I have the packaging to prove what happened.

I absolutely love all the awesome music stuff you can get from this place. The customer service team makes sure to keep you in the loop about your orders, which is really handy. All in all, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I bought a record sleeve and it arrived all messed up in the post. It really wasn't Muziker's fault, but UPS messed up big time. However, Muziker refunded me the full amount for the record, which was really kind of them. I might consider getting more stuff from them in the future to see if it goes smoothly next time.
Delivery process
I ordered something from Muziker not long ago and I must say, the delivery process left a lot to be desired. They sent it via UPS without giving me any delivery choices, so I couldn't even pick a good time for it to arrive. It took a whole week for the order to come all the way from Slovakia to the Netherlands, which seemed like a pretty long wait to me.

I've just bought a guitar amplifier from this company and let me tell you, it's been a proper nightmare. I had to wait ages for it to turn up, and when it finally did, the box was all smashed up and the amp wasn't working properly. I tried getting in touch with customer service, but they were no help at all. Dealing with them has been so annoying, I tell you.

Electric Guitar Amplifier
I bought an electric guitar amplifier from this company recently and I have to say, it was a letdown. The delivery took much longer than expected, arriving a week after the promised 4 days. When I finally got to try it out with different guitars, cables, and even a wifi transmitter, the sound was really disappointing. It was all distorted and unpleasant, like the speaker cone was already blown. Now I'm stuck having to return this defective or possibly used item at my own expense. I must say, this whole experience has really put me off, and I'm not sure I'll be giving Muziker another try in the future.
Keyboard and mouse
I'm really happy with the new keyboard and mouse I got from this shop! The prices were great and it was really easy to find exactly what I was looking for. I also found the communication with them to be very good. Everything was fantastic, although my parcel did arrive a couple of days later than expected.
