Chairs
I had been looking at these chairs for a while and eventually decided to buy them. I was a bit concerned that they might not be as good in real life as they looked on the website, but I was really happy when they arrived. The chairs are stunning, really well-made, and putting them together was easy. I'm really pleased with my purchase, they've definitely brought a touch of class to my home.
Awesome ottoman

Furniture purchase

Bedside tables
I've just had my bedside tables delivered and I have to say, I'm really happy with them. The delivery went smoothly, the tables were well-packaged, and they were already put together so I didn't have to spend ages doing it myself. The quality of the tables was even better than I expected, they look fantastic in real life. I can't stop looking at them, they really add a stylish vibe to my bedroom. Glass panelled radiator cover purchase
I bought a glass panelled radiator cover not long ago, and I have to say I'm really happy with the whole thing. The delivery was quick, and the service I got was top-notch from beginning to end. The radiator cover itself is absolutely gorgeous, bringing a bit of class and modern style to my room. You can really see the quality of the materials and the workmanship that's gone into it, and it's completely changed the look of my room. I can't recommend this product enough to anyone wanting to mix practicality with beautiful design.
Dining table and chairs
Recently, I bought a dining table and chairs from this company and I have to admit, the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. The communication during the ordering process was excellent, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions I had. The delivery was surprisingly fast, and the items arrived in perfect condition. The staff I dealt with were really friendly and went out of their way to help, making the whole shopping experience so easy. I'm really impressed with the service I received and the great quality of the products I bought.
Palm leaf purchase
I recently bought a lovely palm leaf decoration that I had spotted in a lifestyle magazine. When it arrived, I was a bit disappointed because the delicate leaves were all bent out of shape with no support. But, I was really impressed with the customer service when I got in touch with the company. They quickly sorted everything out by sending a courier to collect the original item and sending me a replacement without any extra cost. I also liked that they gave me a specific date for the delivery, so I didn't have to hang around waiting for it to arrive.
Wrong item purchased
I accidentally bought the wrong thing, and only noticed after I placed the order. So, the next day, I got in touch with customer service to sort it out. Luckily, the person I spoke to was really understanding and sorted out a refund for me within a day. I'm really grateful for the great customer service they gave me in fixing my mistake.
Quality product as per website photos
I was really pleased with the quality of the product I got from this furniture company. It looked exactly like it did in the pictures on the website, which was a relief as I bought it online. The delivery went smoothly and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.
Big sofa
The guys who delivered our massive sofa were so lovely and gave us a hand to get it in, even though it was a bit too bulky. I was a bit concerned it wouldn't fit through the door, but they somehow managed to wiggle it through! The service we received was top-notch, with everyone being really friendly and helpful from start to finish.
Trio chest and bedside tables
I recently bought a Trio chest and two bedside tables from this store and I have to say, I'm really chuffed with my purchase. The items are proper sturdy and well-made, just what I was after in furniture. They were also packaged really well, so they turned up in mint condition. All in all, I'd definitely suggest these pieces to anyone after some quality furniture.
Bed frame purchase
I'm absolutely loving my new bed frame! It was really easy to put together and it looks great in my room. The customer service was fantastic, especially Chan who really went out of their way to help me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of furniture.
Side table purchase
I recently bought a side table from this company and I was really pleased with how fast it was delivered and how well it was packaged. The table is really well-made and looks great, I was so impressed that I bought another one on the same day. I'm really happy with the quality of the product and the service I received from this company.
Bedside tables purchase
I recently bought two bedside tables and I've got to say, I'm really happy with them. They're top quality, they look great in my bedroom, and the whole ordering process was easy as pie. The delivery was quick and the tables came in perfect condition. I would definitely suggest them to anyone needing some nice furniture at a good price.
Dining chairs purchase
I recently bought a set of dining chairs from this shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The customer service I got when I had questions about the chairs was brilliant. The staff member knew their stuff and was really helpful, making sure all my questions were answered properly. On top of that, the delivery service was quick and reliable, making sure my chairs arrived in perfect condition and on time. All in all, I was really happy with my purchase and the service I received from this shop.
Fast delivery with mark on item
My order came really fast, which was a nice surprise! But when I checked the item, I saw a mark on the side. It's not a big deal because it's not very obvious, but it's still a bit disappointing to get something with a flaw.
8 seater table purchase
I bought an 8 seater table from the furniture store recently and I must say, I'm pretty happy with it. It fits perfectly in my kitchen/diner and it's really comfy too. The only hiccup I faced was the table arriving damaged, but the customer service team did an amazing job at sorting it out quickly and effectively. There were a few minor issues with ordering online, but hey, that's just part and parcel of it I guess. Despite these little inconveniences, I'm still really pleased with what I bought and would definitely shop with them again.
Chair purchase
When I received my chair from your company, I was really happy with how you kept me informed about the delivery. However, I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the delivery service, Parcelforce. The delivery guy seemed in a rush and just left the box with the chair on the ground floor, even though I'm 82 years old. It made me feel a bit uneasy about future deliveries in case this happens again. Plus, putting the chair together wasn't as easy as I thought it would be - the Allen key and screws provided were a bit tricky. But after getting in touch with Customer Services, I managed to assemble the chair with the help of the instructions given. It might be a good idea for your company to think about these things for future customers. Despite these difficulties, I'm really happy with the chair itself and pleased with my purchase.
New Sofa bed
Wow everyone, I'm so excited! Just had my new sofa bed delivered and honestly, I couldn't be happier! It's seriously comfortable and looks so stylish, I'm over the moon that it's finally here! The delivery was really quick and the customer service team were fantastic, especially Jacqueline who sorted out my delivery dates for me. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be telling all my friends and family about it. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!
