Chair purchase
When I received my chair from your company, I was really happy with how you kept me informed about the delivery. However, I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the delivery service, Parcelforce. The delivery guy seemed in a rush and just left the box with the chair on the ground floor, even though I'm 82 years old. It made me feel a bit uneasy about future deliveries in case this happens again. Plus, putting the chair together wasn't as easy as I thought it would be - the Allen key and screws provided were a bit tricky. But after getting in touch with Customer Services, I managed to assemble the chair with the help of the instructions given. It might be a good idea for your company to think about these things for future customers. Despite these difficulties, I'm really happy with the chair itself and pleased with my purchase.
Palm leaf purchase
I recently bought a lovely palm leaf decoration that I had spotted in a lifestyle magazine. When it arrived, I was a bit disappointed because the delicate leaves were all bent out of shape with no support. But, I was really impressed with the customer service when I got in touch with the company. They quickly sorted everything out by sending a courier to collect the original item and sending me a replacement without any extra cost. I also liked that they gave me a specific date for the delivery, so I didn't have to hang around waiting for it to arrive.

Recently, I bought a dining table and chairs from this company and I have to admit, the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. 8 seater table purchase
I bought an 8 seater table from the furniture store recently and I must say, I'm pretty happy with it. It fits perfectly in my kitchen/diner and it's really comfy too. The only hiccup I faced was the table arriving damaged, but the customer service team did an amazing job at sorting it out quickly and effectively. There were a few minor issues with ordering online, but hey, that's just part and parcel of it I guess. I accidentally bought the wrong thing, and only noticed after I placed the order. So, the next day, I got in touch with customer service to sort it out. Luckily, the person I spoke to was really understanding and sorted out a refund for me within a day. I'm really grateful for the great customer service they gave me in fixing my mistake.

Fast delivery with mark on item
My order came really fast, which was a nice surprise! But when I checked the item, I saw a mark on the side. It's not a big deal because it's not very obvious, but it's still a bit disappointing to get something with a flaw.
