I bought a custom neon from Neonwill on a whim — not keen on branded gimmicks usually. The build feels solid, tubing sits flat against the wall and the light is a soft, usable glow, not blinding. Ordering was straightforward, delivery quick and nicely packaged; instructions clear. Pleasantly surprised.
Faster than I expected
Strangely enough, the delivery was quicker than I thought — proper fast, which made me chuffed. Customer service kept in touch and sorted a small query without fuss, so that felt reassuring. The sign itself looks great, personalised and good quality. I’ll order another as a gift, maybe change the font next time; ask about exact sizes up front, to be sure.

I began using it the day it arrived — unboxed on a rainy afternoon and popped it straight into our sitting room. Support checked in, helpful and not pushy, updates were accurate, which I liked. Packaging was neat, fittings look smart; delivery was fast, really only a week, so yeah, impressed overall.
Bigger than I expected
I was standing in the room wondering if 40 inches would actually fill the wall — honestly I had doubts before I clicked buy. This is my second order with NeonWill after I picked up a cheap neon from elsewhere and regretted it, so I wasn't exactly confident. Colour range is great, proper full RGB spectrum and the wiring's tucked away so nothing hangs or looks messy. It's much bigger than I'd expected, bit overwhelming, in a good way. Ordering was a little clunky and it's not cheap, but delivery was quick.
Helped me pick the perfect glow
sensible, not pushy. The sign itself feels really solid, not flimsy, and the light is a nice warm glow rather than blinding. Install was really easier than I thought; they gave pretty clear diagrams and font mixing ideas that actually look great. I’d order from them again, no hesitation.
