Bed and mattress
I have realized that shopping from offline stores may not really have much advantage over the online. I have given myself that peace and decide to shop in a more comfortable way which is online. All that is required is knowing what you want to buy and the right seller to buy from. So when it was time to buy beds and bedding materials for myself, I knew about many companies dealing on the products but I took the recommendation of a colleague who had bought products from Next Divan and used same without complaints. Well, as I bought and used different products from them as well, I can also add to the testimonies my colleague already gave about the company. Next Divan is a place to check when your interest is on bed, mattresses and bedding products.
Bed frame, headboard
I had a bit of trouble at first with my order, but I have to admit, the stuff I got from this company is top-notch. At the start, I was a bit gutted because I only got part of my order, and I couldn't reach customer service no matter how many times I tried. But when I finally got through to someone, they were dead sorry and sorted everything out sharpish. They said they didn't realise their phone was playing up, and they forgot to chuck in a headboard with my order. After that chat, they sent out the headboard quick as a flash, and I had it at my door within two days. I was well chuffed with how the company handled things, and the stuff they sent me was proper quality. Cheers to them!

Ordering the bed was really easy and it arrived in just 6 days, which was faster than I expected. The customer service was top-notch, keeping me updated from the moment I placed my order to when it was delivered. I was impressed by how quickly it arrived and I liked getting the updates on when it would be delivered. The two-hour time slot notification and the 30-minute warning call were great additions that made everything go without a hitch. The quality of the bed looks fantastic, although my daughter hasn't slept in it yet. All in all, I'm really happy with what I bought and the service I received.
Recent Bed Purchase
I bought a bed from this company not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. I recently bought a king-size divan bed base and headboard as well as a single divan base from this company. I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of the products. King size with memory foam mattress and high headboard
This bed is absolutely gorgeous, the memory foam mattress is incredibly comfy and the tall headboard gives my bedroom a touch of class. Good base, sturdy, fabric looks expensive, no holes for headboard
I'm well chuffed with the bed I bought - it arrived on time and it looks absolutely stunning. The fabric is top quality and gives off a posh vibe, which is always a nice touch. Surprisingly, the base of the bed is quite light, making it a doddle to move around but still sturdy once it's set up. However, I was proper gutted when I realised there were no holes in the bed for the headboard to be attached. The instructions clearly said there should be holes, but they were nowhere to be seen. So now I'm stuck with a useless headboard and feeling proper frustrated.
Bed purchase with broken draw
I was really impressed with how fast the bed was delivered, and I was really happy with how good the quality of the product was. But, unfortunately, the drawer ended up being pretty rubbish as it broke just two days after the bed arrived. It was a bit of a letdown and it definitely made me less satisfied with my purchase. I think the company should make sure they have better quality control in place for their products in the future, so that stuff like this doesn't happen again.
Small double Ottoman and large headboard
I've just received my bed and headboard. I asked for the delivery to be delayed a bit due to decorating but it still arrived on time, luckily. The couriers were really helpful and kept me informed throughout. The bed and headboard look absolutely fantastic and they both have a lot of storage space, which is a bonus. There weren't any instructions included but it was quite easy to put together. Also, the gas struts are really strong, which is impressive!
Bought a 4 feet base
I found the 4 feet base I bought online really easy to put together thanks to the clear instructions - no tools needed. Although it's quite light, it feels strong enough for my small bedroom. The navy suede finish gives it a touch of class. The delivery was speedy, arriving within 5 working days, and the customer service was top-notch. They were quick to reply to my emails and really helpful when I was placing my order.

I bought a bed from this place and the delivery updates were really good. But when I started putting the bed together, the instructions for building it were awful. Unless you're really good at DIY, I'd be careful about buying anything here that needs putting together.
New bed delivery
My new bed got delivered today and I have to admit, I'm really happy with it. Even though the delivery date changed from when I first ordered it, I could see where the driver was and they kept me updated on when it would arrive. The bed is really nice and fits in well in my bedroom. I'm pleased with my purchase overall.

I got myself a lovely Divan bed with a matching headboard from this shop not long ago. It's really comfy and looks great in my bedroom. After a bit of a wait due to the bad weather, I was really happy to get my mattress in great shape and right on schedule. Mattress and base purchase
I had no trouble ordering the mattress and base, but I did need to check on the delivery because it was late. The mattress is really comfortable and seems good quality for what it cost. The base feels strong, although I am a little worried about the plastic drawer runners and how long they will last.
Memory foam mattress
I bought a memory foam mattress from this company, hoping for a comfy and supportive sleep. Sadly, what I got was nothing like what they promised on their website. The memory foam was really thin, more like a hard foam block than a plush mattress. It was so uncomfortable to sleep on and didn't give me the support I was after. When I asked for a refund within the 14-day consumer contracts regulation period, they quickly said no. I was really let down by both the product and how the company handled it.
Wrong sized bed
I bought a bed from this company but they sent me a smaller size than I ordered. When I contacted them the next day to ask for a replacement, they denied any mistake and didn't apologise. I had to involve PayPal to dispute the transaction and after more than a month, they eventually agreed to give me a refund. However, now they are saying I need to find and pay for a courier to return the bed before they will give me the money back. I've asked them to collect the bed themselves since it was their error, but they are not cooperating. It's been over 6 weeks now and the problem is still not sorted out.
Diamond button design divan bed for a 14-year-old boy
I was really let down by the divan bed I bought for my 14-year-old lad. The description said it had a headboard with button design, but it actually had diamond buttons. There was only one hole at each end of the bed for the headboard, so it couldn't be attached like it was supposed to. Even after leaving a voicemail about it, I didn't hear anything back.
