Bed frame, headboard
I had a bit of trouble at first with my order, but I have to admit, the stuff I got from this company is top-notch. At the start, I was a bit gutted because I only got part of my order, and I couldn't reach customer service no matter how many times I tried. But when I finally got through to someone, they were dead sorry and sorted everything out sharpish. They said they didn't realise their phone was playing up, and they forgot to chuck in a headboard with my order. After that chat, they sent out the headboard quick as a flash, and I had it at my door within two days. I was well chuffed with how the company handled things, and the stuff they sent me was proper quality. Cheers to them!
Two double beds - one with drawers and one an ottoman
I recently bought two double beds from this store - one with drawers and the other as an ottoman. The drawers could've been a bit smoother, in my opinion, but considering what I paid, I'm not too fussed. I just tinkered with them a bit using supplies from the DIY store. The delivery service was great too, they brought the beds straight to my room, which was really helpful.
Bed and mattress
I have realized that shopping from offline stores may not really have much advantage over the online. I have given myself that peace and decide to shop in a more comfortable way which is online. All that is required is knowing what you want to buy and the right seller to buy from. So when it was time to buy beds and bedding materials for myself, I knew about many companies dealing on the products but I took the recommendation of a colleague who had bought products from Next Divan and used same without complaints. Well, as I bought and used different products from them as well, I can also add to the testimonies my colleague already gave about the company. Next Divan is a place to check when your interest is on bed, mattresses and bedding products.
