Nearly convinced — great camera, poor follow-up 20 February 2026

reliable, quiet, tucked away on the windscreen and doing its job without fuss. The mounts were fine, the image was clear enough for what I needed, and setup was easier than I expected, which made me relax a bit after my initial doubts. There were a couple of times I rewound footage and thought, yep, that’s what I wanted — date stamps, neat little files, sensible naming. All very reassuring.
Then, annoyingly, I found gaps. Not massive every-day problems, but odd little skips where the numbering would jump and I'd lose a few minutes here and there. It felt like it consistently missed the first 15–20 minutes of certain journeys, which is strange and a bit worrying when you think about using footage to back up an insurance claim or prove what happened at an incident. I change the SD card regularly — I’ve had enough bad experiences with cards failing on other devices to be careful — so it wasn’t that. That’s when I started to dig in and reach out to support.
And this is where the mood shifts: the product itself I’m fairly positive about overall, I’d still recommend it for everyday recording and the picture quality is fine. But the customer service has been frustratingly quiet. I filled in their contact form, got the automated ticket reference and then… nothing for days. I tried to be patient but when you’re worried you want someone to say “we’ll look into it” or at least ask for logs. Maybe I’ve been unlucky with timing, maybe they’re swamped, maybe not — it’s a shame because it soured what was otherwise a decent experience.
So, mixed feelings. I’m enthusiastic about the camera and it eased my worries initially, but I’d be more confident if the support was quicker. If they sort the customer side, this would be a much easier product to recommend without reservation.
