I spotted it in a bike forum and my mate insisted I try NICECNC, so ordered a red M8 transmission top cover and a black rear frame stabiliser for my Elton 2024 CVO Road Glide ST. Delivery was quicker than I expected, nicely packaged and no damage. Customer service answered a query straight away and even threw in a tiny spare screw, which was a nice surprise. Fit was spot on and price seemed fair, so I’ll order again.
A handy bit of help
Halfway through placing my third order I spotted the multi-buy discount I’d somehow missed. I messaged them on a hunch asking if anything could be done for the three parts — bits I use for small jobs around the house and to keep my commuter bike running — and they replied straight away with a 15% code, no fuss. Delivery arrived when expected, well packed and tracked. Pleasant, professional interaction; felt like they actually cared, so I’ll be back.
Solid bits, shaky returns
I fitted the piece the afternoon it arrived and it sat flush, no fuss, and behaved as it should. That moment, when it just clicked into place, is what convinced me the product itself is worth it. I ordered from their UK stock, so at first everything seemed straightforward. First impression on unboxing was positive — packaging competent, part looked as pictured. But then I made a daft mistake and got the wrong colour. The item was unused, still boxed, I ordered the right colour straight away and they were happy to send that one. Trouble started with returns. Calling it “easy” felt off. It’s been slow, a lot of back-and-forth, and they tried to apply a 15% restocking charge for my own mistake. They even suggested I should try to flog it myself. Not great. To be fair, the gear works and I’d buy the part again, but the customer-side process needs a reality check. If you’re buying: expect solid components, don’t expect a smooth post-sale if you need to change things. I’d use them again for parts that you’re absolutely sure about, but I wouldn’t rely on their “easy returns” if you’re in the UK and might want to send something back.
