Household items
I have got no reasons to be worried again whenever I want to buy items like kitchenware, tableware, vases, lighting, furniture, drinkware and more. This is because for years I have been buying these products from Nkuku and the products have been serving me right, giving true value for my money. Initially, I bought with doubt but overtime, I have had nothing to doubt or fear about anymore having been satisfied from the ones bought and used over the years. Quality products at very sensible prices with option to returnto the company where necessary and Nkuku will gladly accept back, refund the money or exchange for another product where necessary. For me, I have nothing to be afraid of at all.
Woven bench, side tables, and lamps
I've been keeping an eye on this company for a while and finally decided to go for it and make a purchase. I was a bit unsure at first, worried that the products might not be as good as they looked in the pictures. But I took a chance and got myself a woven bench, two side tables, and two lamps for my newly redecorated space. And I have to say, they are absolutely beautiful! The service was excellent, the quality of the products exceeded my expectations, and the delivery was speedy. I was even impressed by the way everything was packaged. All in all, I am really happy with my buys and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of unique, high-quality home decor.
Hand-crafted lamp
I had to wait a bit longer than I thought for my hand-crafted lamp to arrive, but let me tell you, it was definitely worth the wait. I wasn't sure at first about ordering a glass vase from this company, but I have to admit I was really pleased with how well it was wrapped up for delivery and how quickly it arrived. Pleased with products, disappointed with delivery
I was over the moon with the stuff I bought from here - top-notch quality and so well-made. But, I was a bit miffed about the delivery. When my order turned up, one thing was missing even though the delivery person said they dropped off everything. It was annoying having to get in touch with the company about the missing item and then wait for it to show up the next day.
My new bed linen
I recently received my new bed linen and it feels incredibly soft and looks really pretty! The design is wonderful and it fits my bed perfectly. The package arrived surprisingly quickly and on schedule, but the delivery person forgot to ring the doorbell! Luckily, my mum spotted the package outside. I suppose it wasn't the shop's fault. Anyway, the bed linen is lovely and I'm pleased with it.
Izaan spice jars
The Izaan spice jars look really nice with their attractive design, but I was a bit let down to discover that the silicone seal was strong yet the glass was quite thin. Sadly, on just the second time using it, one of the jars shattered when I was trying to open it. Now I'm a bit hesitant to use the other two jars in case they end up breaking too. Even though they're aesthetically pleasing, it's important to be careful when handling them.
Awesome home accessories
Nkuku is honestly the best company ever! I've bought loads of their home accessories and they're all so lovely and special. Thanks to them, my house looks like something off Pinterest. Their customer service is always amazing, the delivery is super fast, and the packaging is adorable. Nkuku has truly transformed my home and since I don't get out much, that means a lot to me. I just can't stop buying from them!

The delivery was really quick and all my stuff came nicely wrapped. I had a small issue with my order, so I sent an email to customer service and they replied back super fast. The person who got back to me was really friendly and they fixed my problem right away. I was really pleased with how they handled it all, and now I'm looking forward to shopping here again.
Chair sample request
I've bought stuff from this company before and been happy with everything. But when I wanted a sample of the Charcoal Linen fabric for the Abe Deconstructed chair, things didn't go so well. I called customer service and a nice guy told me they only give samples for custom upholstery. I told him I needed it before buying, but he couldn't help. It's annoying that they couldn't just send me a simple sample. Now I can't go ahead with my purchase. I've tried the chair before and was ready to buy, but now I'm stuck. It's a shame Nkuku doesn't offer this service to customers.

Cushions inners, well made
Lovely cushions arrived well wrapped. It was great to see that I could purchase the right sized inners for each cushion, which made it simple to choose the perfect fit for my sofas. The cushions are really well made and have definitely given my sofas a fresh, new look.
Outside sofa cushions
I really love the sofa cushions I got for outside! The Mayla ones are so stylish and comfy. They've really made my outdoor space look much cosier and more inviting. Return issue
I had a big problem when I tried to return something recently. Even though they said the return process was all sorted, it turned out that the company and the delivery service hadn't communicated properly, so my collection was cancelled without me knowing. It was really annoying and took up a lot of my time as I tried to fix the problem through emails, phone calls, and messages on their website, but I couldn't get through to anyone and no one was getting back to me. The way this problem was dealt with has really let me down and I'm very unhappy about it.
Recent order plates with flaws
I was really let down by my recent order from this company. Two of the plates I got had some pretty obvious flaws that should definitely have been picked up on before being sent out. I think it's unacceptable that they would let products like that go out to customers, it really shows a lack of care for quality control. It was just a bit of a disappointing experience all round and now I'm not sure if I'll be shopping with them again in the future.
