Woven bench, side tables, and lamps
I've been keeping an eye on this company for a while and finally decided to go for it and make a purchase. I was a bit unsure at first, worried that the products might not be as good as they looked in the pictures. But I took a chance and got myself a woven bench, two side tables, and two lamps for my newly redecorated space. And I have to say, they are absolutely beautiful! The service was excellent, the quality of the products exceeded my expectations, and the delivery was speedy. I was even impressed by the way everything was packaged. All in all, I am really happy with my buys and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of unique, high-quality home decor.
Return issue
I had a big problem when I tried to return something recently. Even though they said the return process was all sorted, it turned out that the company and the delivery service hadn't communicated properly, so my collection was cancelled without me knowing. It was really annoying and took up a lot of my time as I tried to fix the problem through emails, phone calls, and messages on their website, but I couldn't get through to anyone and no one was getting back to me. The way this problem was dealt with has really let me down and I'm very unhappy about it.
Recent order plates with flaws
I was really let down by my recent order from this company. Two of the plates I got had some pretty obvious flaws that should definitely have been picked up on before being sent out. I think it's unacceptable that they would let products like that go out to customers, it really shows a lack of care for quality control. It was just a bit of a disappointing experience all round and now I'm not sure if I'll be shopping with them again in the future.
