Extra-large mosquito net
I recently bought a large mosquito net from their website and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the whole experience. Firstly, the website is easy to use and intuitive. You can follow their video guides to create the mosquito net you want, which makes customising it a piece of cake. Unfortunately, the website doesn't clearly state things like production and delivery times but I was surprised by how fast the delivery actually was. They say "FREE SHIPPING WITHIN 7 DAYS" on the website, but in reality, the courier is practically at your door as soon as you think about buying one. Another thing missing from the website is detailed info about the materials used, but I can confirm that they are of great quality.
Now, let's talk about their customer service – before, during, and after purchasing. I've never come across such exceptional service, not even from a local shop. I needed to adjust the measurements of the mosquito net I bought, and they got in touch right away, arranged for a courier to pick it up, and within just 3 days, the modified mosquito net was back with me. They've really outdone any other seller in the business with their outstanding customer service. I'd happily buy more mosquito nets from them, even if I didn't need them, just because of how reliable they are. Fly screen for stack window
I recently bought a fly screen for our stack window from this shop. It was easy to order and we didn't have any problems. The customer service was excellent and really helpful. The company's free shipping offer is not really what it seems. Even though they say they're based in the UK, they don't tell you where your stuff is actually coming from. They trick people with the whole "warehouses abroad" thing. This sneaky way of doing business can end up costing you extra, like getting a bill from Fedex later on for a big chunk of what you paid for your item.
