I wasn't even looking for another gadget, honestly. Saw the diffuser on a mate's Instagram story (she practically shoved the screen at me) and, after already having the fragrance bar, thought I'd give it a go. The exact moment I knew it was worth it? A regular hopped in, breathed in and said, "That's nice — what is that?" — and I actually felt proud, a bit daft but proud. As an Uber driver small things like that make rides feel smoother; people comment, smile, and one bloke even asked where I got it. It's subtle, not overbearing, and it just does its job — no drama. Noir were helpful when I had a question (I did ask a silly one), so yeah, happy with it.
Nearly missed my birthday dress
Sat on the sofa on my 18th birthday, watching the day tick by and still no dress - proper annoying. I'd paid for express delivery and assumed a week would be more than enough, but it stretched on and on with no tracking updates. I emailed customer service twice and got radio silence, which really dampened the mood. After a third message someone finally replied, apologised and offered a partial refund, so I'm glad it ended better than it could have. That said, the delivery and lack of communication was poor compared with other shops I've used. I'm relieved it got sorted, but wouldn't trust them for anything urgent.
