I'm really let down by how things have gone with this company. I bought something and they ended up charging me twice for it. I tried getting in touch with their customer service to sort out a refund, but it's been more than a month now and I still haven't heard anything back. The fact that they're not communicating with me at all is just not on. I wish I had checked out the reviews before, seems like I'm not alone in having problems with their customer service.
Bracelet purchase
I bought a bracelet from this company, but it was too big for my wrist. They didn't say the size in the listing, so I got in touch with the customer service team about it. They replied a few days later, telling me to print a returns form, fill it in, pack up the bracelet, and send it back with tracked shipping. I did all that and sent it back last week. The tracking shows they got it, but I haven't heard anything back from them about it.
Ring purchase
I picked out a ring from here at first but wasn't sure about the size, so I went for a bigger one. To my surprise, the larger size fit me perfectly! I was really impressed by the quality of the ring and how it looked overall. But, the best part of my whole experience was the amazing customer service I received from a lovely lady called Chyrlene. She was so helpful and understanding, she really went out of her way to make sure I was happy.
Bracelet purchase
I bought a bracelet from the shop the other day and had a problem with it. But, the customer service I got from the staff was top-notch. Lucy was especially helpful and went out of her way to offer me different products to make sure I was happy. She was really professional and dedicated, which made me feel like a valued customer. It's clear that the company cares about keeping their customers happy. I've been shopping here for a while now, and the great service always brings me back for more.
Neckless
So long story short, I ordered a neckless as a present on the 1st of july, but didn’t receive it on the dates I should have, and instead of neckless i got an email from Johnathan saying it was out of stock. He offered to choose another product, so i chose a bracelet, it was cheaper than the neckless, and they sent me a voucher which was 7 pounds short:))) And i didn’t even get my refund for delivery of the neckless! So i go on their website and see that the neckless is now available, and I order it, and I had to pay extra 16 pounds to order it again. And guess what, the bracelet arrives instead of a neckless…. ON THE 24TH of JULY. I waited a month to get the wrong product… These people still owe me 68 pounds. It all happened on the 1st of July. And now it is september 30th. It has been 3 months, and I haven’t even heard from them, they don’t reply to my emails anymore…. scam, please don’t buy from them, you will lose money for sure
