Needed a necklace for my mate’s birthday after a rough experience elsewhere. Delivery was quick and packed well, which I loved. The jewellery looks nice but the plating has started to fade a bit. Customer service took ages to reply, though eventually helpful.

quiet silence — no updates. I chased by Messenger and sent emails over a week. In the end they replied and resent the item, so I'm relieved it worked out, though it was a bother and slow.
Straight-up London style
I bought a men's bracelet and necklace a few weeks ago, mostly on a whim. First look was proper sharp — the black metal gives a confident, almost posh vibe. They feel sturdy too, not flimsy. Wore them to a mate’s do and kept getting compliments, so glad I did.
Practical fix, decent delivery

I’d also placed a separate order the day before and paid extra postage; they merged the shipments and refunded the duplicate postage, which was sensible. Delivery arrived within the timeframe they quoted. I now wear it most days, a quiet useful piece.
Sizing disappointment, but warm enough
I bought two 3XL jackets for dog walks and the cold commute and honestly they turned up feeling more like a large — both of them, which was frustrating. The material itself is quite cosy and the lining does keep you warm, pockets are useful and they'll do for quick trips, but the zip is stiff and they sit oddly on the shoulders. I also ordered a simple necklace to wear every day; it took nearly three weeks and a few unanswered emails before I was told it wasn't available. Customer service was slow and at times a bit patronising, which didn't help. Then being asked to pay postage to return both jackets for store credit felt unfair, so I'm stuck with them for now. Still, I'm glad they're warm enough to use around the house and on short errands, so not a total loss.
Snapped in an hour, sorted eventually
I put the bracelet on for the day and within an hour it snapped. I wear stuff like this daily — to work, to the shops — so that was annoying. I asked for a replacement or refund straight away but replies were slow, often two weeks between messages, and nothing changed until I left a review; then they finally responded. Returning the broken piece and getting the refund took about a month. The moment I felt satisfied was when the money appeared in my account — small relief, nothing dramatic, but it worked in the end.
Small but useful surprise
the parcel reached Sofia and then stayed there for about a week. Local courier messaged that I had taxes and handling to pay, roughly €60, which I hadn't expected. Intime were helpful and sorted the customs bits for me, their team was professional and solved it, so the worry about after-sales faded. Still, it would be better if import fees were shown at checkout to avoid that week of faff.
Nearly late, but sorted in the end
clearer estimates, a working tracking page and a contact number would help. Still, their product quality and the fact they sorted it meant I'm still a fan. It'll arrive late for the party, but at least it's coming. Would buy again, honestly and recommend.
Ghosted by a necklace
on 18/12 they tell me the item was actually out of stock before I bought it. That was... odd. I’m not great with tech inventory systems but that felt like a pretty big error. We agreed on 23/12 to cancel and issue a refund. Great, except the refund never arrived and after about a month of waiting — by 10/01/2025 — I’d still heard nothing. So I had to put a stop on the payment through Klarna and get them involved. Who wants that, right?
So the main gripe I'd flag is communication — or the complete lack of it. It’s like talking to someone who forgets to write back. I’ve had worse products from small brands but at least those companies told me what was going on; one even phoned me once. Northskull didn’t. There was a single moment of competence — they apologised and agreed to cancel — but it didn’t actually resolve anything until I escalated through Klarna.
Would I buy from them again? Maybe from a retailer, not direct. The jewellery might be fine — I can’t say — but the ordering and refund experience was a faff and, frankly, avoidable. If you value clear replies and getting your money back without chasing, look elsewhere.Same problem, different product
I wasn’t sure I should bother ordering anything at all — after the rosary necklace broke and I was left with a voucher and empty promises, I had my doubts. I kept telling myself maybe it was a one-off, maybe customer service would be better now, maybe I was just unlucky. In the end I used the voucher because it was practical and, well, I’d already been given it. That was the start of a new round of disappointment, so my doubts didn’t really go away; they were, if anything, confirmed.
Shattered bracelet
My bracelet snapped only an hour after I put it on! It was really cheap and felt really flimsy. I tried to get in touch with customer service to ask for a refund or a replacement, but they are complete scammers and haven't even bothered to respond to me! I would honestly steer clear of them if I were you!
Bracelet purchase
I received this really nice bracelet as a gift, it looked really fancy at first, but sadly it got all tarnished and gross after just a few months. I did my best to look after it, but it still ended up looking terrible. I was really disappointed because it was meant to be a fancy piece, but turned out to be a big disappointment. I even contacted their customer service for some help, but they weren't useful at all. I have other bracelets that are much better quality and still look great even after years. So, I wouldn't recommend buying this bracelet at all, it's a definite no-go.
Bracelet
I recently bought a bracelet from the website and it was a bit disappointing, to be honest. At first, they said it would be sent out on a certain date, but when I checked on that day, there was no update. I got in touch with customer service and they said it wouldn't be sent until January, which really didn't work for me because it was supposed to be a Christmas present. But after I complained, they somehow managed to send it out that same day. When I got the bracelet, I wasn't too impressed - one of the rubber seals on the skull decorations was loose. Overall, even with a discount, I thought it was too expensive and now I wish I hadn't spent money on it.

I got in touch with their customer service team through email not too long ago, and I was really happy with how fast they got back to me. The team was really friendly and knew what they were talking about, managing to help me out with all my queries straight away. Thanks to their top-notch service, I was able to buy with peace of mind. Overpriced, poor quality jewellery
I bought a couple of jewellery pieces and was really let down by the quality. The gold colour began chipping away after only a few times of wearing them, so they now look really cheap and badly put together. I got in touch with customer service and sent them pictures of the items, hoping for some kind of solution, but I never heard back from them. The fact that they didn't respond or try to fix things was not on, especially given how much I paid for these items. So, I definitely won't be buying from this company again.
Necklace and a ring
I bought a necklace and a ring from there but then I changed my mind for some reasons. So, I decided to cancel the order on Sunday the 29th of May. I received an email on the 31st confirming that they had gotten my items (obviously, they never left their building) and that I should expect my refund within 5-10 working days. But guess what? It's now the 20th of June and I just received an email saying I should see the money back in my account in the next 5 days. Fingers crossed! Oh, and if you were wondering, it was Jonathan.
Love my bling
I received my pieces of jewellery and they're really cool! The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but Emma kept me updated and she was amazing. I'm really pleased with everything. Some people like to complain, but I think this company is great. I will definitely shop here again, x.
