Halfway through I thought I'd been ghosted — paid, no reply, a week of silence. Then it arrived, all fine. Still, give them a nudge if you're unsure, worth it.
Practical choice, with caveats
Needed something simple so I bought the Bene4 mono after dithering for a while. I worried about faff with bed levelling and whether the mono screen would last — my last RGB printer needed re‑levelling every other week, which drove me mad. This one arrived factory‑levelled and the adjustment screws hold the build plate in place, so I honestly haven’t had to re‑level it. Prints are noticeably faster than the old RGB unit and the mono screen seems tougher so far. The red, waxy resin captures fine detail really well, though it has a fairly strong smell. Customer support was okay when I had a question. It’s pricier than rivals, but mostly I’m content — still cautious about long term wear.
