I bought a Colbrook Oak Small Narrow Bookcase thinking it was genuine oak, but it turns out it's actually made from MDF. The description didn't make it clear that it wasn't real wood. Customer service confirmed they never said it was solid oak, but also didn't mention it wasn't real wood at all. I'm really disappointed with this buy and won't be using this company again.
Oak furniture purchase
I bought some oak furniture from this place and turns out, it's even better quality than I thought! It's way better than the new stuff from that other company. Actually, I would say it's just as good as the older oak furniture from there in terms of quality. Plus, the packaging was done really well to make sure nothing got damaged during delivery. We are highly divided with the quality of furniture delivered promptly and carefully. We were particularly delighted with the straightforward answers given to question on availability and delivery times which were exactly as promised. This review is given in light that three other dealers told us that delivery would be prompt, took our payment and then stated that delivery was delayed in the order of 2 to 3 months. We will be bearing Oakworld in mind with any future purchases and recommend them to people we know
