Stylish chairs
I just have to say how amazing these chairs are! I really needed some nice chairs for my dining room, and these ones really hit the mark. The design is so stylish and modern, it really adds a touch of class to my space. Not only do they look great, but they're surprisingly comfy too. Honestly, they look even better in person than they did online. Ordering was easy, and the customer service was brilliant. They were so friendly and helpful when I had some questions before buying. I've just bought some furniture online and I have to say, I was really impressed with how easy it was to place the order. The delivery was super quick too, arriving just a few days after I ordered. Recent chair purchase
The chairs are actually pretty good quality for what I paid, but there was a slight problem with the finish. Unfortunately, two of the chairs came damaged, but the customer service team sorted it out quickly and got them replaced. The only issue now is that the new chairs have a different finish than the original ones I ordered a week ago, so they look a bit odd together. It's not ideal, but they'll do for now until I can splash out on a new set.

Recently, I bought a set of dining chairs from this company and I have to say I was let down by the quality control. The chairs were decent, but out of the 6 I ordered, 2 had a slightly different colour and material texture. I got in touch with their customer service team, who just said sorry and gave me a small £20 credit. How can they send out chairs with such noticeable differences? The boxes even had the colours clearly labelled, so there's really no excuse for this mistake.

The chairs were just spot on - easy to put together and really spruced up the look of my dining room. The quality is absolutely top-notch, and I'm over the moon with my purchase. But let me tell you, the delivery was a bit of a nightmare. We had to rearrange things three times because the driver kept saying we weren't in, even though they hadn't even tried to actually drop off the chairs.

I bought some chairs from OFCASA and they came in pairs. I really like how they look and how comfortable they are. However, I was a bit let down to see that 2 out of the 8 chairs had a different texture of material, which was pretty obvious. It felt like the company knew about this but didn't bother to fix it, making the chairs look a bit mismatched.

High return fee
I bought something from this shop recently and I couldn't believe it when they told me they charge a 50% fee for returns. I asked them why and they said it's because they can't be sure the item is still in good condition. Personally, I think it would be fairer to only charge a fee if the item is actually damaged. Also, I was a bit gutted to find out I couldn't just pop in and return the item myself - I had to use a courier instead. All in all, I was really disappointed with how things went down and I won't be shopping there again.
