Stylish chairs
I just have to say how amazing these chairs are! I really needed some nice chairs for my dining room, and these ones really hit the mark. The design is so stylish and modern, it really adds a touch of class to my space. Not only do they look great, but they're surprisingly comfy too. Honestly, they look even better in person than they did online. Ordering was easy, and the customer service was brilliant. They were so friendly and helpful when I had some questions before buying. The price was fair and competitive, especially considering how good the quality is. And on top of all that, the delivery was quick and smooth. I'm absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend these chairs!
Dining chairs
Recently, I bought a set of dining chairs from this company and I have to say I was let down by the quality control. The chairs were decent, but out of the 6 I ordered, 2 had a slightly different colour and material texture. I got in touch with their customer service team, who just said sorry and gave me a small £20 credit. How can they send out chairs with such noticeable differences? The boxes even had the colours clearly labelled, so there's really no excuse for this mistake.

I bought some chairs from OFCASA and they came in pairs. I really like how they look and how comfortable they are. However, I was a bit let down to see that 2 out of the 8 chairs had a different texture of material, which was pretty obvious. It felt like the company knew about this but didn't bother to fix it, making the chairs look a bit mismatched.

High return fee
