amazon fire stick replacement remote
after our dog chewed the remote we had to purchase a new one. I was a bit reluctant as I am tight with money. really pleased with prompt service, and this remote has volume and works your tv unlike the original one. pleased with product and with service :-)
5m Step Ladders.
Product was fine, if a little cumbersome to use.
However, they didn't work for me. The vagaries of online purchase!
So, after days of wrangling,OnBuy said send them back. That was done, since when, two weeks after receiving the product, they have failed to refund me and produced a string of delaying messages.

Having been put off OnBuy before, I thought I’d give them a go as the retailer seemed legit, and the item was a good price. At £15 I didn’t mind too much if it turned out to be a hassle. The item arrived on time and as described. As with most marketplaces, I would recommend some research into the seller.

No UK warranty then? Also risk a Chinese clone: I had a Samsung clone which had all the menus for a shop demo but no functionality behind them at all but the hardware & retail box were exact copies.

Bought a hernia belt from a company called Firstchoice, item came not has pictued, used and dirty. logged a complaint and recieved no response from this seller. Did some detective work and this seller trades under three names with different postal addresses. I Googled street the addresses and they were a asian pakistani wholesale units in Leicester and a private house in Salhall. I've claimed a refund through paypal and still no response from the seller. OnBuy don't always have professional sellers as they claim and they edit customer descriptive critical reviews aswell, won't use again dodgy setup. By the way Firstchoice are still trading and ramping up the negative reviews, OnBuy are doing nothing.
V-Fit Tornado Rowing Machine
Until I was looking for this rowing machine I had never heard of On Buy before. Well I’m glad I have. Such an easy transaction with great communication and quick delivery. Plus it appears to be the only place selling this style at the moment. I would definitely recommend them.
