I checked reviews before using only.com so was happy to try ordering from them. I didn't regret it. Smooth purchase & transaction. Safe buying features with PayPal & credit card options. Onbuy take the payment for you then transfer it to seller so feels like an extra layer of safety net. Item ordered 'telescopic ladder' came on time, well packaged, good delivery. Item better then expected as has rugged safety caps on tops of ladder so ideal for leaning against smooth sided van. Closing action is easy to use & ladder ideal to transport in back of vehicle (& or use at home). Feels sturdy. Onbuy was easy to use & searching site of seller was straightforward. Would recommend. And will use again as price was cheaper than ebay, amazon & all other shop & selling sites I checked.

I usually purchase goods in the other two websites ( A and E ). To be frank, when I saw the product in onbuy.com, I was a bit hesitant as I had not used the site so far. When I asked my friends many had not tried this site either. The product was marketed cheaper on this site. So I thought to give a try. I found that it is totally reliable website. The goods marketed are cheaper than other sites. It was fully safe and it delivered the product on time. I didn’t have any problem on ordering, payment and delivery. Thanks to Onbuy.com. I will definitely try more purchases in the future as well.

I think the chair came from a third party, but they did their bit so I don't mind. What happens is there is a problem, I can't say.

Item as described, delivered on time, no items missing, nicely packed and the product was the cheapest I could find after looking around(£300 for a corner bed sofa!!!). It is not the best quality, but you cannot ask for the best quality if you are going for the cheapest..
So yes, I do recommand them!

There was an issue with the item I bought from Onbuy.
My headphones were not working well anymore after less than two three months after the purchase. When reported didn't want to look into it, as they claimed the return time had expired. However this was a warranty issue and they haven't replied to my correspondence and claim for warranty.
I contacted the manufacturer of these headphones and they assured me that Onbuy was responsible to offer me a warranty.... but till this day, no news from Onbuy.Automatic Pet Feeder
