OnBuy Seller Tool
From a seller's perspective we purchased onbuy subscription to sell on it. We have found the system easy to sign up to and listing style is the same as Amazon. There are many integrations available and customer service for me has been great (same day response). I have used their shopify and RM click and drop integrations without any issues. Didn't expect sales so early on but have had a few since signing up a week ago. I have also been able to price my items lower than other platforms we use as onbuy fees are a lot less. Thank you onbuy for providing a real alternative to Amazon and eBay. Being a UK company hope you manage to penetrate international markets.

I have bought a few thing now from OnBuy and like the fact they use PayPal. I am review this mini fridge as it was a great price and came within 1-2 days which I did not pay extra for so I can only say great things about the sellers on OnBuy.com - UK based too so 5 stars frome me!

DO NOT buy anything big from this company if it arrives damaged as mine did you have to pay your own return postage. i certainly don`t recommend them

I ordered this as it was advertised as a quick delivery. However after over a week of waiting past the estimated delivery date, and an attempt to contact the seller, I came to the conclusion that I have been scammed. I have contacted Onbuy to request a cancellation and refund but they can't even be bothered to reply to my request. Avoid this company at all costs!
Ipad 7 2019 version
Good price for the product. Easy to order. Did not have to use customer service as arrived on the 1st morning of the 2 days it was expected.
Sealed box, product obviously new. All worked ok when set up.

Ordered thermometer 29th May still not received. If I had known it was coming from China I wouldn't have bothered. Sent email to seller today, wonder if I will get a reply.
Books
Order a good load of Anime books though onbuy as they were the cheapest and never had a problem, one book was missing from the parcel so I contacted the seller and they got back to me asap and refunded me the money for the book, was easy to return a book for a refund as I didn't realize that I already had purchased it, got my refund within a reasonable time, not a single complaint.
Placed four orders though Onbuy all from the same seller, two big orders and to single orders and apart from one book missing from the order which happens sometimes and the seller was quick to respond to my message and to give me a refund so I could reorder the book, I've been happy with all four of my purchases, all arrived very quickly and as stated.
Would definitely by from Onbuy againI purchased a box of 30 Cheetos. Delivery was excellent but unfortunately though the product looked liked the ones I use to buy in Canada and South Africa, which were the same, these crisps did not taste anything like them. The taste was synthetic and bland and I found unpleasant. I even gave 2 packets away to my friends who also did not like them. The remainder 27 packets I threw in the bin. I have thrown money down the drain.

Avoid like the plague. Order a frame at a good price. Item never turned up. Seller has blanked all attempts to contact. Onbuy aren’t interested. They refuse to get involved. Trying to get money back from PayPal. This is a scam site you are best going to Amazon where they will do something on your behalf.
Yes I agree they are refusing to refund me. Bought a treadmill from them but it came with a 2pin plug which is illegal in the UK

I found this on offer at a lower price through onbuy. The same seller on ebay was asking £30 more. Arrived a day earlier than stated although tracking did not work. Pretty happy with purchase but hadn't read reviews first.

Good Offers have continued to text and WhatsApp me at unreasonable hours and was rude in every way via phone and messages! Appalling service all round! Will never trust and neither should you!

Money taken immediately. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Contact with company took 2 weeks to get a reply. Item turned up...packaging wet through. So unable to give item as a gift as it looks like it was brought at a second hand sale

I ordered Xperia XA2 ultra, for almost 300£, I received Xperia XA that it's worth half the price. just opened case, hopefully someone will contact me soon. if not, I will need to open case through PayPal :/ and get my money back. It was delivered faster than I expected.

Will never buy on this site every again bought a iphone and throught it was being sent from the UK but no USA and the price was in British pounds never received the the phone as thay had trouble and next thing I found out they took all their items of this site now trying to get my money back lucky it was made on PayPal
