Product nothing like the picture, lightweight and cheap, looks like a toy, light from the lamp virtually non existent. Trying to get an address to send return impossible, did get a message back asking what the problem was and heard nothing since. Would definitely never buy from here again .

I cancelled the first order because they didn't make clear that the invoice address was the same as the delivery address.
I cancelled asp, they say on the site that item is cancelled immediately if you do it within 30 minutes of buying.
However I was still charged.
Called the seller who claimed they haven't taken payment.
No contact number for on buying and they didn't reply to the email I sent.
However I eventually received my refund from the seller via PayPal.

I'm not to convinced about companies who sell without a contact number. To work virtually you need a thoroughly dedicated and efficient Customer Service Team - sadly lacking at OnBuy
