I recently bought some outdoor clothing from this company and I was pretty happy with what I got and how much I paid for it. But when I had a problem with the high cost of returning an item and got in touch with customer service, I was really let down by how little they seemed to care about helping me out. I got a standard email back from someone called "James" and it made me wonder if this was their usual way of dealing with complaints. When I'm a customer, I think I deserve to be treated well and listened to properly when something goes wrong, but sadly that didn't happen with this company. I'd recommend being careful if you're thinking of shopping here, as the customer service might not be up to scratch.
Salopettes purchase
I was a bit nervous about making a purchase from here at first because of some negative reviews I saw, but I thought I'd take a chance. I ended up ordering two pairs of salopettes since I wasn't sure about the size. They arrived really quickly and fit perfectly! I returned the other size using the free returns process and received a refund through PayPal in no time. The communication via email was great and I didn't even have to speak to anyone. I don't understand why some people don't like this place!
Ski jacket purchase
I bought a ski jacket from this company for an upcoming ski trip. Unfortunately, while on holiday, the stitching inside the jacket came undone which was really disappointing. But when I got back, I contacted the company and told them about the issue. I was surprised when they quickly responded and said they would send me a free post label via Royal Mail to return the item. I sent the jacket back and within just 4 days, I got a full refund! I was really impressed with how well they dealt with my complaint, especially as it had been 4 months since I bought the jacket. The customer service was excellent, and I will definitely consider using this company again for future purchases.
Value for money
I was really pleased with the bargains I found at that shop. I managed to get everything I needed and even picked up a couple of extra bits in different shades. The fact that everything was on sale was a big bonus too.

I bought something online from Outdoor Look recently and had some problems with my order. I didn't get a confirmation email, so I got in touch with customer service to check if everything was okay. They told me to check my spam folder, but I had already done that. When the parcel arrived, I found out they had sent me the wrong size; I wanted a size 5 but got a size 8 instead. This meant I had to send the item back myself, which was not great. Now, I'm just waiting to see how long it will take to get refunded for the wrong item.

Coat purchase at great price
I bought a coat from this shop and got it at a really good price. It did take a bit longer than I thought to arrive, but the coat was such good quality that I didn't mind. I did have to reach out to customer service while I was waiting, and they got back to me quickly and were really helpful. All in all, I was happy with how things went and with the coat I ended up with.
Trainers
I bought a pair of trainers from Outdoor Look not long ago and was really pleased with how it all went. When the trainers turned up within a week, I found they were too small for me. I got a bit stressed about sending them back because I'd seen some bad reviews online, but I needn't have worried. Sending them back was easy and I got my money back in under 10 days. I then ordered a bigger size, which came quickly too. I'm a happy customer and would definitely shop at Outdoor Look again.
Walking boots purchase
I recently bought a pair of walking boots from this company, and I was really pleased with how everything went. Even though I saw some bad reviews after I ordered, I was happy to see that my boots came quickly and in great shape. The service I got was top-notch, and I couldn't find any faults with it at all. Delivery charges
I can't believe that shop charges you extra just to return something! It's so unfair, like who even does that? Most people shop online these days, so why should we have to pay to send stuff back? Honestly, it's a waste of money to shop there.
