the UGGs looked genuine, fit well and there were no defects. They turned up the Monday before Christmas, a tad later than I hoped but fair enough given how late I ordered. I messaged the seller a couple of times and always got a quick reply, which calmed me down. Price was sensible too — cheaper than some shops and they still had the size my daughter wanted when everywhere else was sold out. I've had poorer experiences with other companies, so this felt like a relief rather than a drama. Will use them again, happy enough, no fuss.
Half worried, half relieved
I half expected to get skinned. In the end I'm actually relieved and a bit chuffed. I first saw the site because a mate tipped me the link, and I ordered a pair of UGGs for my daughter's Christmas on 15 December. Tracking froze the same day and for ages it said 'partially ready to ship' — no change, same location. I emailed every day; replies came saying they were waiting to receive the parcel from the sender. It felt dodgy, they had taken my money but hadn't even received stock. I asked for a chargeback, they told me only a ticket had been opened. So I started a dispute. After a tense week they finally refunded my card and apologised properly, and one of the staff rang to explain what had happened. Not seamless, and delivery was poor, but the refund and the human follow-up turned it around. Would I buy again? Slightly wary, but probably yes — with caution though.
Not what I was expecting
unclear shipping, slow arrival and not much seller transparency. I needed it because I had housemates and no time to dash to shops, so I ordered in a hurry. Would I buy the same brand again? Maybe, but only if there’s no other option.
Worth the wait, mostly
website showed stock but I didn’t get a confirmation email, and chasing support was slow. It took longer than I’d hoped to arrive, and I had to nag for updates, which was frustrating. Once the parcel moved, the courier was fine and the boots arrived safely. So product-wise I’m happy and wearing them constantly; just be prepared for flaky communication if you order from the site. I’d buy the boots again though, mind.

don’t rely on their delivery, especially if you've got a deadline — pay a bit more for a seller who actually ships reliably.
Sizing error, slow refund — but it got fixed in the end

I sent the return immediately, paid postage myself (annoying but fine), and then got a line about a 15% restocking charge — which felt wrong given the sizing mistake. The emails I received at first were pretty generic, same copy-and-paste replies, so I honestly wondered if I was dealing with a proper company or a dodgy outfit. I kept chasing them over a few weeks, slightly irked, slightly sceptical, repeating myself in emails and on their chat. The one detail that actually helped was that delivery itself had been prompt and the parcel was well packed — so someone in the logistics chain did their job. Eventually a more detailed reply came through and they processed the refund; it took longer than I'd like, but the money did reappear. So I went from "this looks like a mess" to "right, that's sorted" — not thrilled about the inconvenience, but relieved the outcome was correct. Would use caution ordering sizes again, and I'd expect faster, less templated replies next time.
