My wife and I were delighted by the friendly and very helpful staff in Dunfermline Branch who served us yesterday. They went out of their way to help us, and are both a credit to the company. It's a pity all people are not like then. Both are highly commendable.

Sat in and cancelled plans to wait for the "next day delivery" promise made at the Warrington store yesterday. No email confirming delivery. Called customer service number who spent ages looking up order and then said that "the order couldn't fit on the van last night" I was told that the lamp would arrive tomorrow when are both in work. I asked why we were not informed about this last night and just left to wait at home. If we hadn't have called we would have been none of the wiser and sat in all day. I was told that this happened "because of Covid" I wonder why we were not advised then that this might happen on point of sale. Really bad service. I am a key worker and cancelled my job to wait it. To leave me waiting is awful.
I am in the service industry . I returned a broken light . The staff were so unhelpful . They didn’t want to know and fobbed me off because some of the lighting had come direct online , only because they didn’t have enough fittings . The attitude of the staff was terrible . When I addressed them they spoke to each other as if I wasn’t in the shop . The manager didn’t even look up from the counter . I will never shop at this company again . The sore was the Warrington branch . Let me finally say sales could double in Warrington if they had some service . Jamie Rowland
