Special and unique pieces
I was really excited about the amazing and one-of-a-kind items I discovered on Pamono's website. The prices were way more affordable compared to other sites like 1stDibs. I liked that they offered ocean freight delivery, even though it might take a bit longer. It's much better than having to fork out for expensive air freight, which can be the norm with other platforms. The customer service team was super helpful and it was great to know I could call them up if I had to. All in all, I'm a happy customer and would definitely think about buying from Pamono again.
Personalized service, fast delivery, perfect furniture
I must admit, I was a bit gutted at first to hear that the item I'd ordered was out of stock. But, the customer service team really impressed me with their personalised communication. They kept me in the loop at all times and gave me options for alternatives. My delivery arrived earlier than I expected, and the delivery driver was really nice and gave me a hand. When my furniture finally arrived, it was in top condition and looked even better than I'd imagined. I'm over the moon with my purchase and the whole experience with this company.
Vintage Crystal Tower replacement
I bought a vintage crystal tower to replace a sculpture I had and I had some questions. Luckily, Christiane, a helpful customer service rep, quickly answered them. The tower was shipped from Germany and arrived in just a week. The buying process was easy and fast. When it came, it was well-packaged and in great condition, just like how it looked in the pictures online. I thought the price was reasonable and all in all, I'm really happy with the service I got from Pamono.
Vintage Eames leather chair
I am so happy with my shopping experience at this online store. The communication was brilliant, both before and after I made my purchase. The vintage Eames EA222 leather chair I purchased was in amazing condition, even better than I expected, especially given the great price I got it for. I bought this really cool lamp from Pamono back in January and it was honestly amazing! I bought some furniture from this website recently. The ordering was easy and the delivery came quickly, but I was a bit let down by the final price. The items were shown at one price on the website, but when I went to buy them, the price went up to include taxes and shipping. It felt a bit sneaky and made me think I was being charged more than I should be.
Glass vase purchase

Good idea
This is all about choice of individuals. I am very choosy about my house interiors but what Pamono did in my house is marvelous. I had a discussion with their CS and accordingly they visited and suggested some changes with available latest designs and latest models of commodes, wooden fittings,wall mountings and garden furnitures.
Now my home interior and garden area is in totally different look.

I recently bought some pricey furniture online from this store. Despite the cost being high due to shipping and customs fees all the way to Europe, it wasn't too bad. The furniture showed up in perfect condition, just like I hoped, and the delivery went well with the drivers being really helpful. Pamono makes it easy to find cool and different pieces without having to search for ages. All in all, it was a good experience.
Awesome furniture, first time buying online
I was really nervous about buying a fancy piece of furniture online without seeing it in person first. I even messaged Pamono to ask about their delivery just to see if they were quick to respond - and they were! Then I asked about the furniture itself, and the seller got back to me straight away. The delivery went smoothly, and my 60s chair is absolutely amazing. I have no regrets, I will definitely order from Pamono again.
Expensive furniture purchase
I was really let down by my experience with Pamono. I bought some expensive furniture from them, but right from the start, I ran into problems. The seller didn't send the item after I'd paid using PayPal. I kept trying to get in touch, but the tracking info just said the item was waiting for FedEx to collect it. I tried contacting Pamono's customer service every day for a whole month, but I didn't get anywhere. They never gave me a proper explanation or said sorry for the delay, and in the end, they cancelled my order. It just left me feeling frustrated and like I can't trust any sellers on their platform.
Walnut kneeler exhibit piece
I bought a walnut kneeler exhibit piece from Pamono not too long ago, and I have to say, I've been pretty let down by the whole experience. It took ages for the item to show up, and when I finally got it out of the box, I found that one of the legs was smashed into bits and another had dodgy glue holding it together in lots of spots. It was a real shame seeing as the legs were wrapped separately, so the seller must have known about the damage. To top it off, the kneeler was riddled with wormholes, which probably didn't help with the structural problems.
Chair purchase
I recently purchased a chair from Pamono and it's absolutely fantastic! It arrived in better condition than a similar chair I found on another website that was more expensive. The delivery service was excellent as well. They kept me informed about the delivery time and the courier who delivered it was really friendly and even helped me bring it into my house.
Recent furniture purchase
I bought a piece of furniture from this company recently and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. The item didn't match its description on the website - it had obvious damage that wasn't pointed out in the listing. Plus, the company didn't communicate well with me, taking their time to reply to my questions about the item's condition. All in all, I felt really let down by the whole experience and wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

I bought something from your website recently and I have to say, I wasn't too happy with the whole experience. Ordering was alright, but there were a few problems.
