Quality product, competitive price, quick delivery
I recently bought a really good product from this shop at a great price. I was really happy with my purchase and the whole shopping experience. I live in Australia and needed the item to arrive quickly as it was meant to be a Christmas gift. I contacted the customer service team and they were really helpful, making sure the item was sent out as fast as they could. To my surprise, the package arrived much sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The delivery was fast and efficient, and the packaging was secure. An easy trip with Parasol Store
I traveled to Canada last two months. I needed to buy some traveling items. I found out I could easily order my traveling items from the Parasol store. I ordered some clothing and bottles, food storage, and other traveling accessories. I got my orders within a few days. They were what I had ordered. They were of high quality and design. The prices were reasonable and I loved the product. I packed my bag for the travel and I travel on the day of my flight. I had a lovely experience. The items were highly useful. Return assistance and exceptional customer service
I've just had to take back some things to the shop and the staff at Parasol were really helpful and went out of their way to help me. I gave them the wrong address for the return and the items ended up somewhere else. But, the staff at Parasol managed to find the items and they even went to the address to get them for me. Their dedication and customer service are really impressive and I'm so thankful for their help. I would definitely recommend Parasol Store to anyone looking for good products and fantastic customer service.
Trousers replacement
I had to contact this company recently to get a new pair of trousers because they sent me the wrong size first. Even though they made a mistake at the beginning, I must say that I was very impressed with the service I got. I gave them a quick ring and then sent an email, and they sent out the replacement trousers on the same day. They arrived promptly the next day. The customer service team showed such efficiency and professionalism that I have to give them credit. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service.
Birthday trainers mix-up
I am so gutted about my recent experience at that shop. I bought a pair of trainers for my son's birthday, but they sent the wrong ones not just once, but twice! Dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare, full of excuses and passing the blame. Finally, when I spoke to someone who seemed to know what they were doing, they sent another pair, which arrived late and still wrong. And now, to top it off, they are ignoring my emails. The customer service is shockingly bad!
Coat purchase
I tried to find a particular coat at Parasol Store, but they didn't have it in stock. Fortunately, the staff there were really helpful and managed to find me a similar one that I really liked. I was pleasantly surprised when the coat arrived the next day. I would definitely recommend Parasol Store for their great service and efficiency.
Backpack
I bought a really cool backpack from this shop and was super excited when it arrived. But, when I opened it up, it was a bit of a mess. The bag was stuffed into a plastic bag that had been ripped open and the little crystal embellishment was missing. The bag itself didn't look brand new - perhaps someone had returned it before? There were some marks on it and the label was all creased. I get that bags can get a bit dirty, but seriously, it should look fresh when I buy it, right? Oh well, at least I got it on sale.
Cap purchase from Parasol Store
I was looking for a particular cap from different stores in the UK, but couldn't find one that would deliver to the US. Parasol Store not only delivered to the US, but their customer service was top-notch during the whole ordering process. They kept me updated on every stage of my order, which I really liked. The cap came in perfect condition and I'm really happy with my purchase. I will definitely be shopping from Parasol Store again in the future!

I bought something from this shop not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. I placed my order just after the deadline on a Friday, but my package arrived the next day at 9am! I had a chat with the main office team about how important it was for my order to arrive on time as it was a birthday gift, and they were so helpful and nice. The speed at which they dealt with my order and got it delivered was really impressive.

I recently bought a pair of socks from the Parasol Store and I have to say, I was really disappointed with how it went. The ordering bit was easy enough, but sadly everything was wrong about my order. The socks weren't the right colour or size, and it was pretty clear that they didn't put much effort into getting things right. When I tried to sort it out with customer service, they just ignored me completely. Their lack of responsibility and not caring about making customers happy has put me off completely, and I won't be buying from them again. It's a shame because I'd heard good things about the store, but my own experience was really disappointing.

I bought some socks but they didn't look anything like the picture on the website, so I tried to contact customer service but my emails kept getting returned and the live chat was never open. No one would help me out! Definitely not ordering from them again.
