I just wanted to say that I had a really good experience with the customer service team. They were so helpful and sorted out my problem really quickly. I'm still waiting for my refund, but I'm happy with the help they gave me.
Blue floral dress
I bought a lovely blue floral dress from this online shop not long ago, and I have to say I'm really pleased with it. The fabric is really nice and the design of the dress is great. It's soft and comfy when I wear it, and it looks just like it did in the pictures on the website. I always get compliments when I wear it, and I'm really happy with my purchase. Ordering was easy and I got my dress pretty quickly. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experience on this online store.
Polyester dresses for winter
The material of the dresses I bought was really good, but I reckon it would help if the company could mention which dresses are best for specific seasons. For instance, in Pakistan, polyester dresses are great for winter. I did get a bit confused while shopping as to which dresses would be ideal for the colder months.

Baby boy clothing purchase
I recently bought some baby boy clothes from this company for about 80 quid. I got a great discount and voucher, and the items arrived on time. This was my third time ordering from them, and once again, they didn't let me down. Although, I did get a few pieces that didn't fit quite right. I got in touch with their customer service team, who dealt with the issue really well. They took my concerns seriously and sorted everything out with care. Good customer service is really important to me, and they went above and beyond. Along with their quick apologies, they also gave me a voucher to make sure I was happy. I really appreciate the hard work and commitment of PatPat and their team.
Massive clothing haul
I popped into this store and went a bit crazy buying loads of clothes for myself, my partner, and our little one. They have such a great variety of designs and styles, and I was really impressed by the quality of everything. The shirts for my partner were a bit oversized, but they still look great. I'll definitely be treating myself to more stuff from here in the future!

I bought some matching outfits for me and my mum from this online shop not long ago and I absolutely loved them! It did take a bit of time to arrive, around 2 weeks, but everything was just as it was shown on the website. The clothes were really comfortable and the prices were perfect. one item purchase
This place can be really frustrating to order from, especially when they have sales happening. I don't understand why I can't purchase multiple items at the discounted price. It's like they're encouraging me to only buy one thing, and that doesn't seem right at all. They should allow us to buy more things without any restrictions, it just makes sense, doesn't it?

I really liked all of my new clothes, apart from one dress that was a bit too small for me - it was really tight. Thankfully, my daughter managed to wear it instead. Everything else was great though, and I was super happy with how good the quality was.

I bought some baby clothes from this website recently and I was quite impressed by the quality and adorable designs. Although, I did come across a few problems with the sizing as some items ended up being smaller than I had anticipated. Nevertheless, I really liked the wide range of styles they had to offer and the prices were reasonable too.

The clothes from this shop are always adorable and really good quality! I do love shopping here, but my recent delivery wasn't great. The courier claimed they tried to deliver my package twice, which has never happened to me before. I got a message saying they attempted delivery, but my previous orders arrived without any problems. Fortunately, after 20 days, I finally received my order. I'm really looking forward to dressing my baby in them!

I was really happy with how quickly the store sorted out my problem, even though it came from a different country. I found it easy to get in touch with them first on Instagram and then by email. They managed to give me a refund within 2 or 3 days, and now I'm just waiting for the money to show up in my bank account. I'm grateful for how well they dealt with everything and how professional they were.
