I bought some clothes online recently and honestly, the service was top-notch. The website was dead easy to use and there were some great deals on all the latest stuff. Ordering was a breeze and my goodies arrived pretty quickly. The quality of the clothes was even better than I hoped for and I was chuffed with my purchase. I reckon this online shop is a great shout for anyone after some stylish and affordable gear.
Great customer service
The thing I bought wasn't quite what I was hoping for, but on the bright side, the customer service was really top-notch. Even though I was let down by the product, the quick and friendly help I got has made me willing to give this company another go. I really value the great customer care shown by the team.
Cute clothes for me and my little sis!
The customer service was brilliant, they were so helpful and sorted out my problems really quickly. They were really friendly and made me feel valued. I had a few issues with my order but they sorted it all out for me in no time. I'm really pleased with the way they helped me out!
International issue, quick resolution
I was really happy with how quickly the store sorted out my problem, even though it came from a different country. I found it easy to get in touch with them first on Instagram and then by email. They managed to give me a refund within 2 or 3 days, and now I'm just waiting for the money to show up in my bank account. I'm grateful for how well they dealt with everything and how professional they were.
Family swim suit
I bought 2 swim suit, it looks colorful and comfy. Can't wait to wear it to travel!

I got the patpat shoes these days. They are soft and cute! I want to buy some baby clothing now.
Bad quality, wouldn't buy again
Negative experience. Thought I'd give this company a go as I liked some of the designs, even though I didn't have high hopes. Thought they were being posted from US, but alarm bells began ringing when they were sent from China. As expected, most of the clothes are pretty ... quality and sizing is all over the place. I've also realised that they have knocked off designs from reputable designers in breach of copyright. And pricing isn't that great when you can buy quality clothing for the same price. Haven't contacted them to arrange returns/refunds as I don't have time for back and forth I've read about in other reviews. My advice, stay away. And also beware of all the positive reviews online, I suspect many are fake.

A store worth the wait
Last month’s Mother’s Day, I bought some parent-child clothes at PatPat. Due to the COVID-19, the logistics are a bit delayed, but the quality of the clothes is super good and the price is cheap. I will come again next time.

I ordered twice from patpat. I loved their clothes, cute, fancy, high-quality material, soft and comfortable. Sent an email to PatPat concerning a small issue and was solved on the same day.

4 baby girl outfits
After placing my order I read a LOT of negative reviews about PatPat but I can happily say my purchases are all beautiful and they look exactly like the images so pleased with them! they said it would take up to 10 working days to receive them and I received them within 7. Very happy I would definitely use again and recommend to other people.
Useless!!!
its been over 3 weeks and still no order, I have emailed patpat just to get a automated response everytime. Seems like a scam to me.
