Saw this on a tech forum after a colleague recommended it and I was cautious — plenty of dodgy deals out there. Took the plunge anyway. The chat was really quick (handy as I’m deaf) and they actually rang Microsoft and got things sorted within minutes, which eased my worries. Not perfect — the licence notes were a bit sparse — but it worked well overall.
Sorted, surprised and relieved
proper decent support. I needed this after my last app failed me before a deadline, so nerves were high. I emailed about a small hiccup and got a clear, no-nonsense reply almost straight away. Followed the steps, job done. Nice to be pleasantly surprised, honestly.
Coffee, wipe and a miracle chat
I was mid-coffee and panicking when I wiped my laptop. Windows fresh install, and of course Microsoft no longer offers the download. Bit of a nightmare, grrr. Tried a few places. PC Sales Online's chat popped up and, honestly, saved the day. Quick, calm, and they walked me through the download so it actually works. Not what I expected from online shops. Properly legit, I’m relieved.
Sorted quickly, nice service
I pasted the codes into the website chat on PSSales and their rep sorted it straight away, authorised it and I was up and running. Delivery was quick, customer service friendly — we’ve used them before and it’s been reliable every time.
Helped-out and then surprised
I was helping an elderly neighbour install the software that afternoon and, to be honest, we hit a brick wall at first. Screenshots wouldn't send, a phone call went nowhere and I was getting a bit fed up. Then we got chatting to an agent who stuck with us, and he actually activated it from his side — that’s the moment I knew it was sorted. First feeling was sceptical, ended up properly relieved.
Half-baked start, decent finish
Not perfect, but I was satisfied in the end. I bought Office 2019 Home & Student in December and it ran fine for about six weeks, then suddenly locked.
