I bought a fragrance from this company not long ago, but I had a bit of a problem with it. They got my address all wrong, so my order didn't arrive. When I got in touch with them to sort it out, the customer service people weren't very helpful at all. They even tried to blame me for the mistake, which I didn't think was fair. I always give my full address when I shop online, but they insisted that the apartment number should come before the building number. Royal Mail told me that it didn't make a difference, so I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and care from this company.

I received an unsealed and clearly used perfume! Returned it as advised by costumer service staff, though, never received a refund!
Very disappointed and suspicious, will not use again and will never recommend!
