There are no better ways to keep the skin alive other than using what the skin is comfortable in. Just this year, I discovered what makes my skin happy and I stayed with it. Although before now I've tried out many other products and yes I can't mention names here. But those product didn't soothe my skin neither did I get rewards for my money spent on purchasing them.

I paid extra for a 24-hour tracked delivery service, but it's been 5 days now and my parcel still hasn't arrived. I've tried tracking it, but no luck. I even left two voicemails for customer service, but no one has got back to me. I'm really let down by the service I've got and I'm going to have to ask for a refund through PayPal. I won't be using this company again.

Damaged and open items received
The items I got were all messed up and the package had already been opened, which really got to me. It totally spoiled my birthday and I decided to get in touch with customer service to ask for a refund or a replacement. At first, no one got back to me, but eventually I got an email asking why I had left a bad review. I asked to send back the items and get my money back, but have heard nothing since May 3rd. Now I'm thinking of getting in touch with my credit card company to get my money back. Also, I noticed that my review didn't even get published on Trust Pilot, so no one else can see how bad my experience was with this company.
