Perfume gift set with body lotion, handbag size roll-on, and 100ml bottle
I was on the hunt for a really awesome perfume gift set with all the bells and whistles, and I came across it on Perfume Shopping's website! Along with a 100ml bottle of perfume, I also received body lotion and a cute little handbag-sized roll-on perfume with a case. And the best part? It cost me less than it would have at the duty-free shop at the airport just for the perfume alone! On top of that, the delivery was really speedy and at no cost. I would definitely suggest Perfume Shopping to all my friends.
Burberry London men's fragrance
This website is ridiculous! I bought the Burberry London men's fragrance, which I've been using for ages, and what arrived was clearly a fake. The scent disappeared within minutes and the packaging looked cheap. It was such a waste of money!
Aftershave order

Ordered ladies perfume, received men's version
I ordered a women's perfume online, but got sent the men's version instead. I tried getting in touch with customer service several times to sort it out, but couldn't speak to a real person. The phone number just kept leading me round in circles, and all my emails kept bouncing back. Dealing with a company that offers no customer service is so frustrating. I've had to escalate things by raising a dispute with my credit card company to hopefully get it sorted. I'd recommend steering clear of this company at all costs.

EDT instead of aftershave
I recently bought something from this website and thought I was getting an Eau de Toilette (EDT), but they actually sent me aftershave which was a surprise. I've sent them multiple emails to fix the mistake, but they haven't replied at all. It was also tough to get hold of them because they don't have a phone number for support. The website itself wasn't great - the search function didn't work so I had to use Google to find what I needed. When I asked for a refund due to distance selling laws, they said I had to return the item in its original packaging, but there wasn't any. The item only came in outer packaging that I had to rip open. They said the product description was accurate on the packaging, but I couldn't check because there was no inner packaging. It's pretty clear that this company doesn't care about honesty or looking after their customers.
Hard-to-find perfume, 100ml
I recently bought a 100ml bottle of a perfume that's hard to find from this website. I was really happy to see it at a good price because I'd had trouble finding it anywhere else. I didn't actually read the reviews before buying it and got a bit worried after I did. But luckily, the perfume arrived quickly within 3 days and there were no extra shipping costs.
