I opened the parcel on the kitchen table (still half-asleep) — delivery actually turned up when they said it would, so points for that — but the spray I bought to freshen the dog's bed worked once and then the nozzle went kaput. I sent a video and expected a replacement, but the person on customer service was rude, called me an “idiot” and swore at me — yes, really — and then told me to return it without sending a prepaid label. It did a decent job the first time, honestly, but the whole returns/chat saga ruined it.
Good range but delivery is a problem
I first stumbled across the site after a friend posted a link on a forum and ended up browsing for ages. The choice is huge and the products feel well made, and prices actually beat other shops I looked at. Customer service was plain and efficient — admin replied fast and was helpful, which I appreciated. The big downside is they won’t deliver to Hungary, and I couldn’t find that perfume-deodorant anywhere else either, so that’s annoying. I’d recommend them if delivery isn’t an issue, just double-check before ordering.
Not what I expected
I was faffing about before a weekend trip and grabbed my little Chanel minis that they usually gift me — lifebuoy for handbag emergencies. A strange two-day saga at Union Square
when I eventually left I was handed a tiny sample that wasn’t on the receipt — a nice surprise, actually. So there were small bright spots. But overall the collection process felt badly managed. Communication between staff was muddled. The temp’s approach to a paying customer was frankly worrying. For something that should have taken five minutes, it became a test of patience. Would I recommend the shop? Probably not for quick pick-ups. If you care about smooth collection and decent customer service, maybe phone ahead, or, you know, hope you don’t meet the same temp.
Perfume gift set with body lotion, handbag size roll-on, and 100ml bottle
I was on the hunt for a really awesome perfume gift set with all the bells and whistles, and I came across it on Perfume Shopping's website! Burberry London men's fragrance
This website is ridiculous! I bought the Burberry London men's fragrance, which I've been using for ages, and what arrived was clearly a fake. The scent disappeared within minutes and the packaging looked cheap. It was such a waste of money!

Ordered ladies perfume, received men's version
I ordered a women's perfume online, but got sent the men's version instead. I tried getting in touch with customer service several times to sort it out, but couldn't speak to a real person.
