I was a bit nervous about ordering at first because I heard some people had bad experiences, but as the product was cheaper than normal, I thought I'd give it a try. The website was really easy to use, I got an order confirmation super quickly, the delivery was incredibly fast, the packaging was good, and the product itself was absolutely fantastic. No problems whatsoever!
Fast delivery, good condition
I was really pleased with how quickly my order arrived and that it was in perfect condition. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I thought I'd give it a go and I'm so happy I did. It actually turned up three days earlier than I thought it would and there wasn't any damage at all. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Gift set purchase
I bought a gift set from Perfume's Club online not long ago. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I thought I'd give it a go and place my order. But I was pleasantly surprised when the gift set arrived quickly and in great condition. It was a big relief to see that everything was fine and nothing was wrong. I'm happy with my purchase overall and thought I'd share my good experience to balance out the negative reviews.
Hair serum purchase
I was really let down when the hair serum I ordered arrived without any proper packaging, so all the bottles were smashed and the original boxes were broken. I got in touch with customer service about it, but they wouldn't admit that the packaging was not good enough. I bought five hair serums, but they only agreed to refund one. This whole situation has been super stressful and not worth the trouble.
Fragrances and skincare products
I bought some perfumes and skincare stuff from Perfume's Club not too long ago. I'd heard good stuff about the range and quality of their products, so I was really looking forward to getting my hands on them. But then, I got an email saying they had refunded my order because it was too big. I thought that was a pretty poor excuse and not very professional, especially after forking out a fair bit of cash on those products.
Quick delivery of my order
I was a bit worried at first because of what others had said, but I'm really happy to say that my order arrived in just 10 days! The packaging was good, and everything was in great condition. The whole process was really smooth and efficient, which I appreciated a lot.
Hair dyes, postage policy
I was really happy with the hair dyes when they finally turned up, all in good nick thank goodness. But, I have to say, I was a bit miffed about this rule they've got where you can only buy 5 things at once. I wanted to get 10 hair dyes, but ended up having to fork out extra for postage because of it. Seems a bit daft to me, doesn't it? They'd save us punters some cash if they let us buy more in one go, and it'd be loads easier too.
Six Ponds Triple Action creams
I bought six Ponds Triple Action creams from Perfume's Club and they arrived safely and securely packaged in just nine days. Each cream was authentic and in the newer, thicker formula boxes which was great because Ponds had made the product less effective in the past. My wife is really happy with the purchase and we will definitely shop at Perfume's Club again. Thank you for being a reliable seller!
Fragrance
I can't believe how bold this company is. Their customer service is so incompetent, it's hard to believe. I ordered a perfume and had to contact the delivery company myself when my parcel didn't show up on time. It took a whole month for them to admit my package was lost, and even then they didn't want to give me a refund. I had to take it up with PayPal and start a dispute just to get my money back, and even then they only refunded part of it. It's outrageous and not acceptable. I recommend staying away from them at all costs.
Tester product
I bought a tester product from Perfume's Club the other day, and honestly, their customer service was pretty poor. When the tester arrived, I was surprised to find a £15 charge on it. When I contacted them about it, they didn't seem bothered about fixing the problem and basically refused to give me a refund. It was really annoying and disappointing, so I'd recommend steering clear of this company in the future.
Missing item, empty item, bad packaging
I received my order but one item was missing and another one was empty, plus the packaging was rubbish. So I reached out to complain, and they requested pictures, which I sent over. They claimed the brown tape wasn't theirs, so I should have rejected the package as soon as it arrived. But how was I supposed to know their tape is brown and not standard? They left it in my parcel box, so I couldn't have refused it even if I had wanted to. On the bright side, the other items I received seemed good.
Three bottles of aftershave
I bought three bottles of aftershave from an online store not long ago. Turns out, the items were actually sent from Spain, which I didn't know when I made my purchase.
I must say, the tracking info was pretty good as it got updated often which was helpful. But when the aftershaves finally made it to the UK, I got an email saying they were damaged on the way.
I only found out about the damage 8 days after placing my order, which was disappointing. So, I asked for a refund for the items and I've decided not to use that site again.Expensive perfume purchase
I recently bought a pricey bottle of perfume from Perfume's Club. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous at the beginning. I had read some reviews online about problems with delivery and lost packages, so I was a bit concerned about whether my order would actually arrive. Thankfully, after a small delay in delivery since it was coming from Madrid, I was very happy when my perfume finally turned up. I do agree with others about the need for a more secure shipping option, like needing a signature upon delivery, to avoid any potential problems with orders.
Lip gloss
I bought this lip gloss and it still hasn't turned up! I was really looking forward to giving it a go, but now I'm starting to doubt if I'll ever actually receive it. It feels like they've just taken my cash and done a runner. It's such a letdown!

I ordered some items from this company which is not based in the UK (just to make everyone aware of it, they are based in Spain). They did not send me all the items ordered. I reached out to them promptly and followed all the steps as per their process to resolve this situation. However, they ran out of options and could not send me any further documents to complete (the process to get a refund from this company is extremely complicated and will get you nowhere). I got a final email saying that they can not review the DORn form which was sent out of the time that we are allowed to start the claim (this document was sent to them quickly enough within 3 working days). Basically, it seems like this company wants to take the money from the customers and deliberately is not sending all items ordered to keep the money for the items that they never sent. Please stay away from this website if you do not want to end up in my situation which is extremely frustrating. I will be contacting my bank to see if I can claim the funds for the missing items and also will log a complaint with Royal Mail regarding this fraudulent company.
