Eau de Parfum, 100 ml
I must say, I was absolutely gobsmacked by the amazing deal I came across when making my purchase. This fragrance was a steal at half the price of other online shops, it felt like I was getting away with a crime. Ordering it was a breeze, just how I like it when I shop online. The delivery came quicker than I thought, which was a nice surprise. All in all, I have to admit this shopping experience was spot on, and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Unshipped order, expensive, lack of customer service
I just can't believe how cheeky this company is! I ordered something weeks ago and it still hasn't been sent out. It's such a waste of both my time and money. The way they treat their customers is just awful - they haven't even bothered to reply to my messages. I was hoping to treat myself to something good, but all I've got is frustration and disappointment.
Whitening kit purchase
I bought the Beconfident Dual Boost 2 x 10ml Kit from this company recently. I was really let down by the product and decided to send it back. To my surprise, they charged me €12.74 to use their UPS return service. I was not expecting that extra cost after already spending €30.15 on the kit.
Perfume's Club is awesome
I recently made a purchase from Perfume's Club and received my items really quickly. They were authentic and packaged nicely. The prices are so affordable so I will definitely be buying from them again.
Eye cream
I was really let down by my recent purchase from Perfume's Club. When my order arrived, the box was clearly messed with and even the eye cream inside had been messed with too. I got in touch with their customer service straight away, but they wouldn't own up to what happened. I had to resort to opening a PayPal dispute, which went on for a massive two months before they got back to me. They said I could get a refund if I sent the product back, but at my own cost, and it turns out the return address was all the way from Spain. Honestly, the whole thing has been a total nightmare, and I suggest others to stay away from this dodgy and unreliable company.
Quick and well-packaged delivery
I was a bit worried at first because of some reviews, but I was really happy when my items arrived on time and they were packaged excellently. I liked that they kept me updated on the progress of my order. I'm really happy with what I bought and I'll definitely shop with them again. Thanks for the fantastic service.
Incorrect model sent
I was really let down by my experience with Perfume's Club because they sent me the wrong model of the appliance I had ordered. Even though they offered me a 50% discount, the price was still more expensive than what the correct model usually costs online. When I asked for a return label to get a refund, they wouldn't give me one. Now I've had to get my credit card provider involved to sort out the problem.

I'm a pretty experienced online shopper, and I have to say, my recent go with Perfume's Club was a massive letdown. I was a bit nervous about ordering at first because I heard some people had bad experiences, but as the product was cheaper than normal, I thought I'd give it a try. I bought a gift set from Perfume's Club online not long ago. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I thought I'd give it a go and place my order. But I was pleasantly surprised when the gift set arrived quickly and in great condition. It was a big relief to see that everything was fine and nothing was wrong. Hair serum purchase
I was really let down when the hair serum I ordered arrived without any proper packaging, so all the bottles were smashed and the original boxes were broken. I got in touch with customer service about it, but they wouldn't admit that the packaging was not good enough. I bought five hair serums, but they only agreed to refund one. This whole situation has been super stressful and not worth the trouble.

I bought some perfumes and skincare stuff from Perfume's Club not too long ago. I'd heard good stuff about the range and quality of their products, so I was really looking forward to getting my hands on them. But then, I got an email saying they had refunded my order because it was too big. Hair dyes, postage policy
I was really happy with the hair dyes when they finally turned up, all in good nick thank goodness. But, I have to say, I was a bit miffed about this rule they've got where you can only buy 5 things at once. I wanted to get 10 hair dyes, but ended up having to fork out extra for postage because of it. Seems a bit daft to me, doesn't it? They'd save us punters some cash if they let us buy more in one go, and it'd be loads easier too.
Six Ponds Triple Action creams
I bought six Ponds Triple Action creams from Perfume's Club and they arrived safely and securely packaged in just nine days. Each cream was authentic and in the newer, thicker formula boxes which was great because Ponds had made the product less effective in the past. My wife is really happy with the purchase and we will definitely shop at Perfume's Club again. Thank you for being a reliable seller!
Fragrance
I can't believe how bold this company is. Their customer service is so incompetent, it's hard to believe. I ordered a perfume and had to contact the delivery company myself when my parcel didn't show up on time. It took a whole month for them to admit my package was lost, and even then they didn't want to give me a refund. I had to take it up with PayPal and start a dispute just to get my money back, and even then they only refunded part of it. It's outrageous and not acceptable. I recommend staying away from them at all costs.
Tester product
I bought a tester product from Perfume's Club the other day, and honestly, their customer service was pretty poor. When the tester arrived, I was surprised to find a £15 charge on it. When I contacted them about it, they didn't seem bothered about fixing the problem and basically refused to give me a refund. It was really annoying and disappointing, so I'd recommend steering clear of this company in the future.
Missing item, empty item, bad packaging
I received my order but one item was missing and another one was empty, plus the packaging was rubbish. So I reached out to complain, and they requested pictures, which I sent over. They claimed the brown tape wasn't theirs, so I should have rejected the package as soon as it arrived. But how was I supposed to know their tape is brown and not standard? They left it in my parcel box, so I couldn't have refused it even if I had wanted to. On the bright side, the other items I received seemed good.
Three bottles of aftershave
I bought three bottles of aftershave from an online store not long ago. Turns out, the items were actually sent from Spain, which I didn't know when I made my purchase.
I must say, the tracking info was pretty good as it got updated often which was helpful. But when the aftershaves finally made it to the UK, I got an email saying they were damaged on the way.
I only found out about the damage 8 days after placing my order, which was disappointing. So, I asked for a refund for the items and I've decided not to use that site again.
