I ordered a fragrance on 3rd November 2025, it is now 26th November and my order has not arrived. I was told the delivery time would be 8-10 days. Communication with Perfume's Club is poor to non-existent... e-mails are, generally ignored. After some time I asked for my order to be cancelled and for my money to be re-funded. I was ignored, and so far, my money has not been re-funded.

Saw this on Instagram and, long story short, I tipped my mate to have a look as well. The gift set was a lot cheaper than other shops so I couldn't resist — really tempting prices. I ordered even though there were some poor reviews. It shipped from Spain and you can track it step-by-step, which calmed me, but it did sit in the UK sorting centre for a fair while. Delivery was by Royal Mail and arrived eventually. I emailed customer support once; they were polite but a bit slow. Happy with the bargains, just don't expect fast delivery.

Right in the middle of a hectic morning I tore open the parcel and it wasn’t what I’d ordered — bit of a facepalm. Delivery was actually quick though, and after a short back-and-forth their customer service sorted the return and refund. They did take a little time and there was a small deduction which annoyed me, but the rep was polite and helpful, so I’m grateful. I use it every day for work lunches now and would buy again.
Finally sorted, but messy
I remember standing by the door, thinking the tracking said delivered but there was nothing — that point was the worst. I'd had parcels go astray before with other firms, so I was used to chasing. The moment I was actually satisfied was when one helpful agent finally offered a refund and arranged a replacement, even though the online contact form had been useless and the delivery disclaimer felt like passing the buck. Still, delivery was shoddy, but product itself was fine and the refund sealed it.
Not worth the hassle
Honestly, I'd avoid them. I needed the pricey cream for a stubborn skin flare-up and paid for two high-end items, but one never turned up. The box looked fine at delivery, yet the £130 product, the invoice and the freebies were gone. Instead of sorting it, the company sent a pre-written affidavit saying the whole parcel wasn't delivered and wanted me to sign — basically to blame the courier. They refused a refund or a resend unless I agreed. Felt pressured and annoyed, lost £130 and trust. Not how a business should act, really. Won't be buying from them again, sadly.
Quietly impressed
The Mandariners For Him and it cost just over forty quid delivered, which felt reasonable. Delivery was quoted at ten days and it arrived spot on day ten, so fair play. My only gripe is the packaging — the box could have used more padding — but I paid the extra quid for insured delivery and everything came intact. Happy enough to order again, and I'd recommend it sometimes.

Finally sorted, but it took effort
they asked me to sign an affidavit saying the whole parcel hadn’t arrived, which felt wrong and put me on edge. After a few calls and a proper complaint, someone higher up agreed to a refund for the missing £130 item. The exact moment I felt satisfied was when the refund showed on my bank app — not before. It’s annoying that I had to escalate and that their first ask was dodgy, but in the end they made it right financially. So, not perfect — questionable procedure and extra stress — but the product itself was fine and the refund solved the main issue. If you order, check your parcel immediately and be ready to push if things go sideways.
Empty bottle, tidy box
I paid for a product and didn’t receive it, and the company is not fixing it. I hope this is resolved soon, but for now I can’t recommend relying on their customer service for anything special.
Delivery better than expected
inner protection kept the bottle safe, outer box a bit creased but nothing that mattered. First time using it was the day it arrived and my immediate impression was relief — no damage, scent as expected. Customer replies to my tracking queries were minimal but timely. All in all I'm glad it worked out; not perfect, but reliable enough and I would recommend it.
Eau de Parfum, 100 ml
I must say, I was absolutely gobsmacked by the amazing deal I came across when making my purchase. This fragrance was a steal at half the price of other online shops, it felt like I was getting away with a crime. Ordering it was a breeze, just how I like it when I shop online. The delivery came quicker than I thought, which was a nice surprise. All in all, I have to admit this shopping experience was spot on, and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Unshipped order, expensive, lack of customer service
I just can't believe how cheeky this company is! I ordered something weeks ago and it still hasn't been sent out. It's such a waste of both my time and money. The way they treat their customers is just awful - they haven't even bothered to reply to my messages. I was hoping to treat myself to something good, but all I've got is frustration and disappointment.
Whitening kit purchase
I bought the Beconfident Dual Boost 2 x 10ml Kit from this company recently. I was really let down by the product and decided to send it back. To my surprise, they charged me €12.74 to use their UPS return service. I was not expecting that extra cost after already spending €30.15 on the kit.

I recently made a purchase from Perfume's Club and received my items really quickly. They were authentic and packaged nicely. The prices are so affordable so I will definitely be buying from them again.
Eye cream
I was really let down by my recent purchase from Perfume's Club. When my order arrived, the box was clearly messed with and even the eye cream inside had been messed with too. I got in touch with their customer service straight away, but they wouldn't own up to what happened. I had to resort to opening a PayPal dispute, which went on for a massive two months before they got back to me. They said I could get a refund if I sent the product back, but at my own cost, and it turns out the return address was all the way from Spain. Honestly, the whole thing has been a total nightmare, and I suggest others to stay away from this dodgy and unreliable company.
Quick and well-packaged delivery
I was a bit worried at first because of some reviews, but I was really happy when my items arrived on time and they were packaged excellently. I liked that they kept me updated on the progress of my order. I'm really happy with what I bought and I'll definitely shop with them again. Thanks for the fantastic service.
Incorrect model sent
I was really let down by my experience with Perfume's Club because they sent me the wrong model of the appliance I had ordered. Even though they offered me a 50% discount, the price was still more expensive than what the correct model usually costs online. When I asked for a return label to get a refund, they wouldn't give me one. Now I've had to get my credit card provider involved to sort out the problem.
Unfulfilled order complaint

I thought I'd found a cracking deal, so I put in an order, but the item never showed up. When I got in touch with customer service to flag up the issue, they were just plain rude and unhelpful. It was obvious they didn't really care to sort things out, so now I'm stuck chasing the bank for a refund. A good company proves itself not just with quality products, but also by handling tough situations well, and in this case, Perfume's Club really dropped the ball.
Bargain purchase
I was a bit nervous about ordering at first because I heard some people had bad experiences, but as the product was cheaper than normal, I thought I'd give it a try. The website was really easy to use, I got an order confirmation super quickly, the delivery was incredibly fast, the packaging was good, and the product itself was absolutely fantastic. No problems whatsoever!
Fast delivery, good condition
I was really pleased with how quickly my order arrived and that it was in perfect condition. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I thought I'd give it a go and I'm so happy I did. It actually turned up three days earlier than I thought it would and there wasn't any damage at all. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
